Excellent rash vest, high quality material and good colour.. Will last a, long time. It is tight fitting and the 8 was tight on my son who is quite lean. The tightness is quite restrictive so recommend sizing up if your child dislikes the snug fit.

This is fantastic quality! The material is thick yet quick drying and comfortable. It is soft and fleecy on the inside but looks like a lightweight rash shirt on the outside. An excellent option for those who don’t like cold water but don’t want to look silly wearing a steamer in Summer!

Looks lovely and warm. My son still complains of being cold though in a semi heated indoor pool. I imagine it is making a difference though from the regular rash vests. To note, I thinking the sizing is on the small side. We bought a size bigger and it is just the right size.

Being the ripped unit i am, I have learnt to be cautious about getting my shirt off near women as they generally get a bit touchy-feely. Hence I have now been forced, against my will i might add, to start wearing a rash shirt at the pool and beach. I highly recommend this Quicksilver rashie for any other men who have been in the same position I found myself in.
Great coverage for sun protection! My son wears this to both the pool and the beach. My only suggestion is to follow the laundry instructions. You can only hand-wash the rash vest in cold water, as it stretches and the logo comes off if you put it in the washing machine.
Love this rash guard. It’s form-fitting (vs some rash guards that fit like a loose T-shirt), which avoids it from riding up when my kid is active in the water.The only thing I’d warn others about is that the length of the torso and shoulders is really small for a piece of clothing that’s supposed to be for 10-12 year olds, as labeled.This would best fit a very slender/skinny average 10 year old boy. Nothing more. Even with it being made of stretchy material, it would have made it impossible for an 11 or 12 year old boy (or a more fuller framed 10 year old) to take it on and off or for it to even feel comfortable.Had my son been just a tad bit older or a little fuller framed, I would have been really disappointed and would have had to send it back for a size 14.
Excellent product. Be aware to go up one size from your normal size as these are very tight fitting. I like the fact that it's long-sleeved - saves on having to put sunscreen on your arms. Note - you should still put sunscreen on the back of your hands and about two inches above your wrists because the sleeves can ride up exposing your wrists to sunburn.
Great rashie, bought for my dad for Christmas fits perfectly. True to size. Love how it covers his neck and is longer in the body. Colour is vibrant logo defined. Looked pretty good in the water.
A summer must have to protect my son from sun exposure. This one of the first things I pack when going to the beach or pool, and it’s also always in the nappy bag just in case there’s water play at a new playground we visit.in my opinion, sizing does run small. So size upIf you want longevity of wear and better coverage in the sleeves.
Big fan of Quiksilver in general, and have had several of their rashguards over the years. This one began falling apart after just two wears; the logo is all but worn off and threads are unraveling in three different places. Very disappointed in the quality of this one. Also, please note it's marked as white but is the super bright white that is actually purple in daylight. Bummed about this purchase.
