QV Face Moisturising Day Cream SPF30 75g

I really like this product. Fragrance free, with spf 30, doesn't irritate face. This is my everyday moisturiser now.

Fantastic moisturiser

Recommended by my dermatologist. Its a really lovely, gentle moisturiser. Doesnt make my skin itch or react at all and has the added benefit of spf 30. I had to order it from Australia but it was well worth the cost of shipping and arrived quickly.

Good value

This SPF cream is a little more expensive to buy but worth it. It's a broad spectrum product, it gives good protection. I have a serious skin condition and am treated by my local hospital. This product does not irritate my skin and absorbs quickly.

Great A little in the thick side and the smell of it is a bit off putting but other than that it’s a great product

Feels hydrating but not greasy. Really liking this product. My face even looked hydrated Instead of dry.

Inexpensive Everyday Moisturizer

A high quality day cream with SPF 30. Great for sensitive skins and not expensive. Can also be used as sunblock not just on your face.

LEAVES A NOTICEABLE WHITE CAST

This product has undergone a new formulation since September 2021. I can no longer purchase or recommend this product as it leaves behind a noticeable white cast upon application. You may be able to get away with this if you wear make-up over the top but worn alone and even on a fair skin like mine, this product leaves a white cast. Almost like a beach suscreen, not pleasant. The improved formula does have a pleasant texture that absorbs readily but it definitely isn't as moisturising as the previous formula. SUMMARY: The product now has a Matte finish and is not as moisturising (new formula omits ingredients 'White Soft Paraffin (Petrolatum)', 'Light Liquid Paraffin (Mineral Oil)' which were in the old formula, Contains an additional UV Filter making four UV Filters in total (previous version had three), Nicotinamide/Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) and Safflower Oil are still included... Unfortunately these changes are enough for me to turn away from the product and consider one the US competitors. Important note: The best sunscreen is the one that you will happily wear daily, texture and cosmetic elegance is an important factor, and sunscreen manufacturers need to realise this.

Like rubbing in Zinc cream

New formula, must have a much higher zinc component as it’s like rubbing zinc cream in. Leaves a white residue all over your face. Very unhappy after many years of using QV Day Cream.

This is a sunscreen not a moisturiser!

This "moisturiser" is more of a sunscreen as it leaves a white residue upon application after cleansing. Works Ok if applied under makeup, however, on its own is not recommended.
