My skin got dry in our long cold winter, I got this body moisturiser by QV to help soothe my dry and itching skin. Thanks QV you help soothe my itchy skin on my arms, legs and torso. I liked the slim tube with a flip top lid as I could dispense cream and rub with my free hand. The 100 millilitre size of the tube made it convenient to take in my gym bag and apply the cream after a shower. There is no scent with this body moisturiser, making it great for those with skin sensitivities. I will absolutely buy this body moisturiser again.

I bought the QV Skincare Intensive Body Moisturiser after I had my baby as my hands were so dry and my cuticles were peeling which I think was partly due frequent handwashing and hand sanitising. It did a pretty good job moisturising my hands and my cuticles looked a lot healthier after a week or two of continual use. My only negative is the greasy texture. I felt it took ages to absorb so I don't really use it anymore. If the formula could be a little lighter and non-greasy, I would definitely re-purchase.

I wasn?t keen on this one initially although I have carried on using it to give a fair review after being given a free pot to try and review. At first, I didn?t like the lack of fragrance and the texture reminded me of saddle soap, quite hard to scoop up much at a time. However, you don?t need much of this product and I think that the tub will last for ages. I have continued to try it on my forehead and nose where I have dry patches of skin. It has made quite a difference after two weeks and I will continue to use it.

Other reviews sayng its a barrier cream, its meant to be in a away as its an ointment and NOT a cream. My daughter has multiple food allergies, some anaphylactic, some present as really bad eczema in the first instance so I have used my fair share of lotions, potions and ointments over the past few years. This is good. Greasy but as intended. I layer this on cream to lock moisture in and her skin stayed moisturised for hours. I like that it doesn't block pores can use on her face. I will most probably repurchase. This product was given to me in exchange for my unbiased review. My comments and opinions are, entirely my own.
I?m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. This is a huge tub and is a truly fragrance free ointment. The texture is quite solid in the jar, similar to that of a solid lip balm. Once rubbed in it is a similar texture to vaseline. I like the texture as it is easier to control the amount used and doesn?t spill. I don?t have any skin conditions so cannot comment on its efficacy for that. I have used it on dry heels (covering with socks) and one week on with daily use these are improving. I?ve also used it on my cuticles. Excellent value,

Unfortunately there was one down side for me- with some ointments I end up itching them off because soon after applying it for some reason it gets very itchy and that seemed to occasionally happen with this product when I had applied it after having a shower. I found the best way to solve this occasional issue was to mix the ointment with a little bit of steroid ointment (eumovate is my chosen one) OR if you're not into steroid you could try simply mixing it with a skin friendly cream, it worked well with the Relivio creams pictured above. One the other hand- I know that everyone's psoriasis reacts differently to moisturisers so this may not happen to you, and if it wasn't for the itchy reaction the ointment I would have given it a 10/10 because the moisture it provided throughout the day was excellent with me only having to apply it twice on a good day. The tub lasted me a good few weeks which again is unusual for an ointment & it is very reasonably priced.
I use this every morning on my arms, hands, feet and lower legs as I now have quite dry and thin skin in my 60's. It instantly improves how my skin feels and looks. Undoubtedly the best product I have used, I love it.
Me and my husband bought this while away on holiday as his ring finger started to get a eczema attack under and around his ring. It was being quite aggressive so we found ourselves at the chemist and after perusing around a bit he decided on this cream. It did the trick. He wrapped his finger up after applying this and by the morning his skin was looking much better. A few nights of doing this and his eczema had all but disappeared and he was very happy with this purchase as it worked with the 'wrapping' method and kept his skin moisturised at the same time. So I can recommend this as I have seen first hand how it can improve someone with stubborn and aggressive eczema.

I got this ointment because I looked at the ingredients - pretty perfect- contains ceremides, fatty alcohol, cholesterol all amazing for the skin. It contains what your skin needs. As well as this it is fragrance free and has ingredients to protect from further dehydration loss of skin. It comes out like a ointment but it warms up in between your skin to a liquid feel. It's quite thick on application but spreads super easy over skin. Instantly smoothing it feels protective too. There's no greasy residue. My skin improves dramatically with this.
