After using this product for a number of years, we received 2 1.25 litre bottles and the product could not be pumped out of the bottle for each. After contacting the company direct they sent out new pump replacements that also do not pump the product out, the pumps will pump water. We are now contacting the company about a replacement as obviously is a bad batch and not sure whether product should be used, have bought elsewhere and do not have the same issue, thus we assume is just a bad batch and not a pump issue. In future we will not dispose of old pump in case company suspect pumps are problematic?

I love QV Wash. I have very dry skin and at the end of winter, during the windy months my skin dries out even more. I can not use traditional soap, my skin just breaks open if I do and bleeds and well it just hurts until the split heals. I use QV Wash and have been using many different QV products for many years, over 30 in fact. QV Wash is so gentle, it looks the same as soap, it suds up just like soap, however, it does not dry your skin, my skin feels soft, rather than tight and dry like it would if I use traditional soap. QV is a life saver for anyone with dry skin or worse.

I have been using QV Wash for several years now. My skin is great (I am 72) and the shower recess requires minimal cleaning. A definite plus. So happy with this product.

I always use this QV wash to remove my daily makeup. It cleanses my whole face as well as removing my mascara without drying my skin and I have been using QV Wash for years as I have sensitive skin, and it is a great product, unsurpassed in value
This is a wonderful product if you have dry skin. My wife has been using it for years. The only issue I had this time was how long delivery took.
I bought this a month ago to try it out. The QV wash is fantastic, it has helped me with my dry sensitive skin and has helped with dryness. All the family uses it including my mother in her 90s. It has help keep dryness away from my elderly mothers sensitive skin as well. We love it for all the family. QV victorious for dry sensitive skin!
QV Wash is a great soap free altenative for those with sensitive skin. My husband uses it and has been for years and he swears by it. Pump action lid is perfect for use in the shower or bath too.
Great product if only I was able to use it!!Unfortunately the pump on the top of the bottles did not work.Very frustrating!!
I put up with itchy skin with an occasional rash for a long time. Following a recommendation from my GP, I switched to QV.,and within a month, the itch has completely gone and no sign of rash. As always, Chemist Warehouse offered the best buy.
Very good for dry skin. Have been looking for body wash which doesn't leave my skin itch due to dryness and happy that I found this.
