The AG400 is the best budget tower cooler I've tried to date. I'm very picky about fan noise (my gaming rig has a DRP4) and I have no complaints here. The included PWM fan at 600rpm is very quiet and I can't hear any motor noise. The solid mounting hardware is excellent (other budget coolers like the Hyper T4 have flimsy clip-on mounts), installation is easy and doesn't require removing the fan. The 150mm overall height is tall but it just barely fits into an Antec NSK-3100 case on an AM4 board. It easily handles a Ryzen 3100 at 65C on an all-core load without ramping the fan speed up. It even looks nice. It does a great job at being affordable without any obvious cost-cutting sacrifices.

Easy to install. Works very well with my i5 9400f. Runs around 30 deg at idle and gets up to 60 deg or so during a 100% stress test. Much better than the stock cooler. Also much quieter
