Mine were supposed to be 32” leg but appeared short when I first put them on so I measured it and found it just over 31”. I am 5’11” and can just about get away with it especially if wearing boots that come higher up the ankle. Unfortunately a longer length is only available for 34” waist which would be too big. (Don’t understand the logic of people with bigger waists needing longer leg but there you go).

These are super comfy, there is no weight to them, keep out the wind, keep you warm with the fleece lining, but not too hot, a truly snug pant, you dont even feel like you have anything on, they are like a second skin, couple them with the eco downpour pants and you're sorted for next adventure through those colder months or the long dog walks in all weathers over The South Downs......... What a difference these pants have made, you get what you pay for. I love RAB gear, never disappoints, great price for outstanding quality.

Excellent trousers for a day in the hills. Windproof outer fabric combined with fleecy lining makes them really warm. My only criticism would be the length. Mine were supposed to be 32” leg but appeared short when I first put them on so I measured it and found it just over 31”. I am 5’11” and can just about get away with it especially if wearing boots that come higher up the ankle. Unfortunately a longer length is only available for 34” waist which would be too big. Plus they are stretchy• Block nearly all wind but somehow I never find myself sweating in them• warmer than a base layer/soft shell combo of equal weight• dry fast• look acceptable for work and town• like the cuff tighteners for climbingCons• vents would be nice• more colors• after 2 months of nearly daily use the fuzzy stuff inside in the crotch area has worn away but nowhere elseI don’t know how but these work in the 40s, 30s and 20s F. Below that I throw a hard shell over them. Great product, very well amde and very comfortable. The warm lining is very high quality and they remain breathable and warm, which is very important. The product loses a star for two very minor details. 1) I think a tapered leg would be preferred. The straight leg is quite boxy and (for me, personally) ugly. 2) A thigh pocket would be good, even a small one.

I bought these trousers to replace an old pair of Vapour Rise that had been great, BUT sadly the Small size waist had increased so I had to return them. Real shame but typical of many manufacturers (small size getting bigger). Interesting that they were slightly narrower leg but bigger waist.
I don't love the look: in the pictures, the trousers looked like something one could wear not just on the trail but also in the city. But in practice the trousers are quite loose and feel nylon-y. My girlfriend has hiking trousers (from a different brand) that look and feel much better while still being quite "technical."
Perfect balance of warm vs breathability, I'm using them for UK winter walking. The vapour rise lining is comfortable next to skin and the cut is actually better than it looks on the website pictures.I was worried they would look a little baggy compared to the stretchier pants available, but they look good
Very good protection to cold and wind. You feel it very light. Not tested yet for rain.
