Great at keeping me warm, preventing the sea breeze blowing through me, and dry if raining. Light weight, well made, rain hood stored in neck collar, folds up into one of the hip pockets as well as having its own stow bag. Overall value for money and a recommended purchase.

I replaced my old identical (but smaller) rainbird after many years. This one is great, does the job well but seems to be made of slightly less quality materials.
Luckily I picked up and tried on instore before I left. Bought size small (I am 55kg)had to exchange for extra small which is still a bit big but will probably be fine when wearing winter gear. Love the look, feel and length (I am 156cm) and comes below my rear. Colours true to website pics

Bought an XL for my husband on line. Considering my S that I’ve had for years is a very large fit we assumed an XL would be plenty big enough and baggy for my husband. Upon receipt he tried it on and it was a very tight fit. He is only a large size at best. I laid the XL on the floor with my S over top. There was only about 1 centimeters either side in difference yet it is supposed to be 3 sizes larger! I’ve yet to see how hard it is to exchange it.
This jacket is perfect - it very effectively shuts out the wind and rain. It is great for travelling as it rolls up into a very small package and is very light in weight.
This rainjacket is light, very waterproof and can be packed into a small pouch. Very handy for travelling. Great quality for a good price.
