I picked this up for winter riding. It’s warm, breathes well, comfy next to skin, and yes (I’m now a believer) it doesn’t smell at all when other kit does. It’s great, I’ll pick up another. I’m 6’1, 170 lbs, longer arms and a medium fits perfect. Good length, close fit. Perfect!

I wear the base layer everywhere! I used it when I need something warm when I am in the house or when I have to take a flight. The fit is great but the feel is soft and warm.
I bought this baselayer to use under long sleeve Classic II jerseys on those colder mornings, but I wear it all the time off the bike as well. It fits well and is soft and warm, it also dries quickly and is naturally odor resistant.
I normally wear Castelli base layers, but I was impressed with Rapha’s line, so I bought this merino layer. It does the job on and off the bike for cold rides. I can wear this with a winter jersey and get by in 40-50 degree weather.
I'm a big fan of Merino wool. No matter how appropriately I dress for a ride I'm a person that sweats and I find that there isn't anything better than Merino for retaining warmth even when wet. I have a couple of these and find they are a good weight as an active base layer when the temperature drops down to 5℃ (40F) and under. The cut is good for cycling obviously but they are a good base layer for most anything. Pricey but quality is good and it is impossible to find quality Merino Wool that is "cheap", you get what you pay for. Durability has been good.
Bought for riding base layer. I wear with a jacket in 40-50's temps. Perfect combination. Product is comfortable off the bike as well.
