Cute Style
The style is very cute and edgy. Raquel Welch wigs are always a bit large on my petite head so I may need to stitch a couple of wefts. I'm not a fan of heat friendly styles because I wear wigs for convenience, so I don't need to fuss and style them! I'll need to work on the top of this style to get a bit of lift and movement. I gave it four stars because this Shaded Biscuit is not blonde enough for me. I agree with Taz's review of this color that it's just not the same as Raquel's Shaded Biscuit on other styles. I really hate when they do this, because you come to expect a certain color to be uniform in all styles. I am disappointed in the color, but my older wigs are wearing out and I was desperate to get a new one at this time. I've learned a lot since I started ... MoreThe style is very cute and edgy. I've learned a lot since I started wearing wigs a few years ago, because I have really baby fine hair and I was tired of spending a fortune to cut and color my hair. Disappointed Customer
Color was fine. I have this wig and love it so I thought I’d get another one. OMG, I opened it up and the hair was so different. Couldn’t it parted the way I wanted and I’ve tried to work with it; but, I’ve given up. Already cut tag because I just knew it’d be fine. I’m very disappointed in Raquel Welch brand. Second wig that the fibers have been unruly. I ordered a the JonRenu Ignite and love it. I may have to change brands. Raquel Welch, you need to start making a better product.Very disappointed!... Extremely large overall.
This is extremely large. I've had to take in 8 rows of wefts. My circumference is 21.5. So petite to average. It also rides down on the tops of the ears causing irritation. I guess I'll have to figure out a way to cinch up and sew some vertically. I have another RW ( Play it straight) which fits perfectly. Are the wigs that are a large cap getting mixed up with the average? What is the deal with the wigs being so inconsistent? This is a lot of money for such poor workmanship.... Show more

Fun style
This is the second FWF that I have purchased. I am disappointed in this one. The cap is very large. The first one I bought fit perfectly with no adjustments. I have 21.5” circumference. I have to overlap the back taps and it is still large. This was not the case with the first one. This one had a lot of hair which made it look wiggy. It was cut longer. Not the case with the first one I bought which just needed finger combing and taming of hairs that were not pulled through properly on the mono top. I had to thin out the hair on second one and it still not like what is pictured. Since 2020 the Sheer Indulgence line doesn’t seem to be of the quality it was in the past. The fibers on top have to be pulled thru otherwise they stick straight up even after washing or ... MoreThis is the second FWF that I have purchased. I am disappointed in this one. I have a lot of Raquel Welch styles and this is the first one that I have not been happy with. Wigs.com is a good company so not their fault. I cannot return because I have tried to fix this one, but feel I wasted my money.... Show more

Goodbye Rachel Welch
I have been buying Raquel Welch wigs for years. Lately the quality in terms of consistency has really gone downhill. I ordered Flirting With Fashion because I did like the tousled look in the photo, but when the wig came, there was SO much hair in the front part of the wig that it was impossible to get a reasonable idea of whether or not the wig was viable. But the back was cute, so I thought my hair dresser could fix it. Consequently, I ended up spending $27 to have her cut the bangs and a bit of the sides, but it was more like a rats' nest than the texture of a wig. She did her best, and she's always been a good stylist. Then I took the wig home and thought if I washed it in a good conditioning wig shampoo, it would calm down. But it's hopeless. It looks much better in this photo than it does in real life. It's like a pile of straw. No way can I ever use it, so that's basically $300 down the drain. And, it's my last order EVER for a Raquel Welch wig!... Show more

new color for me, and fit is different
I bought this wig about a year ago in Shaded Wheat and I liked the style. A few weeks ago I bought this in Shaded Sand as I wanted to see another color. This wig seems quite different from the one I got a year ago, both in terms of the cap fit and also the wig style. I kept the wig because I thought I could get this wig to look like my "old one", but I have been unable to do that. The wig cap seems much larger and a bad fit. I tried taking it in, but it still does not fit. The old one needed no adjustment. So, not sure what is happening, but I wish I had returned it immediately. I also found the color Shaded sand to be a disappointment. It does not wear like a rooted color, and just gives a rather dull look. I really like my old version of this wig, but now after ... Nice but big
Flirting with Fashion is the usual high quality Raquel Welch wig. I love the full monofilament top and the wig is very comfortable. I chose the color SS10/22 Shaded Iced Cappuccino hoping it was a blondish shade but it looks more like brown — although it is a pretty shade of brown. As others have stated, the size of this wig is quite large. My circumference is 21.5 inches and with wig grip is 22 inches. However, I have to pull in the adjusters as far as they’ll go. Also it’s very large from front hairline to nape. Having said all that, it’s a beautiful wig.... Show more

Not your typical Raquel Welch
This Flirting with Fashion was horrible. I would have returned it but I tried so hard to make it work that there was no returning it. The first FWF I ordered was so perfect that I wanted it in Shaded Biscuit (RL19/23SS) which was available when I ordered my first one. So, I placed an order a couple months ago and when it came in, it too was awful and I returned it immediately. I assumed it was an anomaly so I reordered it and when this one came in I was shocked that it too had issues. It’s much longer than my original; so, so much hair and the color is very off from any other Shaded Biscuit that I have. The style is definitely different than my original or the photo. I will not try to reorder again and I’m so disappointed. If you want to try it, I wish you luck! I’m ... MoreThis Flirting with Fashion was horrible. Perfect on my first try!
I am in love with my new look, thanks to this gorgeous wig. Its style and color are what I used to spend on cut and cost and TIME! All those hours I had put into trying to get the look that now takes me a whole 3 minutes at most. And it’s better. And it’s ok for the wind to blow now. Or rain on me. Or anything. What a blessing my hair falling out has been.People at work knew I was planning on getting a wig, yet they didn’t know! I just love it and will buy more!... Show more

still not sure, its my first wig ever
so far, feels like too much hair, but i let my own get so thin, maybe having anything will feel like too much, so I'm trying to wear it a lot in the first few days to see if I can just get used to it. I like the color I bought. I like the style. It's not as comfortable as I'd hoped. Feels like I'm wearing a hat, which I guess I kind of am. But styling has been easy. I'm not trying to do anything crazy, but I wish I could smooth it flatter than it is. Seems like its too big in the cap too, and I have a big head. This wig is an Average. I also like the color. Its very close to what my own hair used to look like as far as style, but the color is better than my own. My daughters think it looks great and like my own hair. I go back to work in a couple of days, will be wearing it out for the first time, and am very nervous about it! Its only obvious that it's a wig because my natural hair is so very thin and just ugly. This is absolutely a step up. I ordered two more wig, different brands and a bit different styles, so we shall see. Thank you... Show more
