I bought Pretty Please by Raquel Welch in RL8/29 Hazelnut (Medium Brown with Ginger Red Highlights). The color is as described although when I put it on this color combo
seems a bit too dark for my complexion even though it's in my color range. I just received this wig and I'm debating whether to keep it or not due to the color. However, if I do
return it, I will definitely buy another (or two) in a lighter shade. The hair feels soft and has a very natural movement. It has a mono top (versatility with parting the hair
however you want) and it is a hand-tied wig. This cap is a dream to wear; the fit is very comfortable and light. The lace front is perfect and natural looking. The st... Show more

I own over 20 hair toppers and wigs. I invest a lot of money in hair wear and take meticulous care of my pieces, using all the correct tools and products. Pretty please fell
apart within one week of purchase. I will never order from this site again. Customer Service only wanted to offer me a 20% discount towards a future purchase. I paid
hundreds of dollars for an item that lasted only one week. I sent pictures to document that the entire cap fell apart. Very disappointed.

I find the WigOutlet to be very fast in getting orders out, even choosing the free shipping option. I have tried and returned many wigs with no issues at all. As far as this wig
goes, I feel I have FINALLY found the style and color that feels right on me. I have a widow's peak that is graying so having the blond highlighting near the front hairline makes
my widows peak melt right into the lace front and looks so natural. I have ordered 4 other styles in this same color, shaded cappuccino and its great. I usually have to play
around to get them just right for about 1/2 hour every single time I put them on, but this one, it was five minutes and ready to go. So pleased!

Glad Hubby convinced me to keep it!
20 January 2021
When I first opened the box, I was really disappointed because the Sugar Charcoal (RL511) looked so much darker than my biological hair and it wasn’t what I was expecting. But my husband told me to try it on anyway because he knew I’d been waiting months for it to come back in stock. Well I see now why everyone raves about the lace front on Raquel Welch wigs! The lace front is very natural and the style is perfect, not too fussy or weighty, and no perma-tease. The hair isn’t shiny and feels soft and real. I love it! I also received compliments from strangers too my first time out, which is always nice for a new self-conscious wig wearer!... Show more

Love This Wig...
16 December 2022
I do love this wig. It has become my main hair for work. I have always loved Raquel Welch and she is my favorite brand.I usually go longer (Scene Stealer) but wanted to try a little shorter for work because I'm very active there. First off the cap was a little smaller than most "standard" caps I have had. It a few days to get it to be comfortable. Also the pics and videos don't really show how short the fringe is. I thought it was going to be more of an evenly cut long bob. It's hard to keep out of my face. I get a lot of strays and it's hard to style in a way that keeps it off my face. But the overall style and quality is great.... Show more

Mixed Feelings On This Wig
5 September 2024
I have mixed feelings on this wig. I have worn it 4 times and still not sure if I love it or not. It has a tendency to end up looking like a helmet on me after a while. I think the problem is that the cap is too large on my head even though I tighten the straps in the back. I washed it with synthetic wig shampoo hoping that would help and still not sure about how it lays on my head. After one wash - very gently - the lace front frayed a bit also.I will say that the color is gorgeous and true to the photo. Looks exactly like my bio hair color which is a a plus. This was only my second wig, probably should have returned it for another choice but had already combed and styled it hoping that would help.... No so happy.
9 November 2023
My experience is not the best; Although the wig looks good, the front lace is not functional at all. It seems that when they cut the front lace, they cut it very close to the synthetic hair; Therefore, it is impossible to manage the front of the wig without even leaving room to push the hair back. It was not what I expected. I could have invested this money in another wig that would make me happier.... Show more

Pretty NOT
9 May 2023
I was disappointed with the, “average size” of this wig. It was too big on my petite-average head. I looked, very, “wig bubble head”, which didn’t work for me.About two months previously, I had received my RW Wavy Day wig. I liked it but I felt it wasn’t very good quality for the sale price that I paid. I also felt it was a little big but I kept it, since I had waited so long for its arrival & felt I could maybe secure it a little better, somehow. It’s too big.Recently, I purposely ordered, the Hand Tied, Pretty Please piece, due to Taz & other reviewers saying it ran a little smaller & fit her petite average head. The piece that I received, did not fit any better & so I returned the Pretty Please piece, the next day & asked for a full refund.A few days ago, I ... MoreI was disappointed with the, “average size” of this wig. I replied back to Wigstudio1 & asked them what happened to my $54.00 & they never answered me.I’ve had many RW wigs in the past that were a fair- good fit. Lately, they just seem to be getting bigger & bigger. From now on I’m probably only going to order wigs that come in petite size & with companies that constantly give good customer service & have good, reasonable return policies.... Show more

Too poofy
27 January 2024
I got this wig after watching many videos and checking out the details. I thought a hand-tied cap would fit me well given RW's wigs tend to be big on me. I thought it would also not be poofy given it's not a basic cap with permatease. It was really poofy. First because it didn't sit tight on my head - there was lots of room in the crown despite me tightening the cap. Second, the hair just didn't lay right. it's like someone put a bunch of hairspray in it to make it sit away from my head. Finally, the hair in front just wouldn't part or sit in a way that looked flattering. and if you don't let the hair fall how it wants to, then you get a huge area where the mono is that looks like it has no hair. like you're going bald. The hair has to sit in a certain way, like ... MoreI got this wig after watching many videos and checking out the details. The hair has to sit in a certain way, like you purposely brushed it all forward. which is just an unnatural way to style hair.Anyway, I'm returning it. It was relatively comfortable. That was the best thing about it. And not too hot. I live in a hot, humid climate. It wasn't too bad.Oh. and my son noticed it was a wig right away. It just didn't look natural.... Show more

Very disappointed
7 January 2021
First of all this is the second Raquel wig I ordered recently and quality was horrible! My first all handtied cap! Well wafts would of been better. It was like a couple hairs were knotted every 1/8 inch! It was like having a balding head! What is the use of a wig like this? The lace front on Pretty Please and Spotlight both was horribly scratchy! I will stick to Jon Renau! I was hoping to at least be able to wear at home...but just too awful! Even on sale over $200 to not be able to wear really stinks! No highlights in the front on either wig either that everyone talks about. Got this in biscuit and the other in pale golden honey (very ugly color on Spotlight)! Very disappointed again!... Show more
