I’m always looking for new makeup products to try and I definitely understand the hype about this one! The rare beauty liquid luminizer is an amazing highlighter and overall a great product. I would say this product is a bit on the pricey side, however, it has lasted me a very long time and it is a decent sized bottle. It’s not only a very pretty color but the sparkly shimmer is gorgeous and blends out very easily. This highlighter is very practical I use it daily now. It is a staple in my makeup routine. If this product ever runs out (lol), I will be re-purchasing. Considering the pretty clear glass bottle, the highlighter looks so cute in my vanity! Glowy, dewy, and highlights really well

Got this during the sale which makes it easier to say that it’s something I like using!It gives a glow and dewy look. The colour amplifies the product which I think may have given it the upper hand compared to the powder which looks more sheer compared.The liquid seems to set down and doesn’t budge which makes it longer lasting compared to the powder.However, I do notice that the liquid sets into the pores into the tip of my nose which I don’t like. I guess blending in trying to mask it will have to do.The powder seems to be better at not doing that. The powder compared is still very glowy, like a wet look. Personal thing is I think it’s easier to apply powder when in the rush than liquid so it can be appealing. While the product does look super glittery, it's not overbearing when you apply it onto your face.You don't have to apply much product to your cheekbones to get a nice shimmer; I just tapped on a few dots along my cheek with the applicator and then blended it in with my fingers. I also added a touch along the bridge of my nose to give myself a bit of a shine. This is my favorite Highlighter I've ever used. Similar to rare beauty's soft pinch plush, you can make this look pretty natural or play it up to be more dramatic. It looks so lovely, gives the most glow-from-within effect I've seen with a highlighter. I would be careful with the color you choose though. I own two (Enchant and Mesmerize) and I vastly prefer Mesmerize. I think Mesmerize may actually be a pretty universal color so if you're not sure, go with that!! I'm a pale yet olive-toned, so not exactly warm or cool toned but I wouldn't call myself neutral either bc I definitely have bad colors - it's really hard for me to find colors that work for me is what I'm saying, but Mesmerize is I think pretty neutral. and it is SUCH a gorgeous color. After watching countless TikTok’s of people using this highlighter, I decided to give it a go and I really love it because it gives your skin that eye-catching highlight that’s very shiny and glass-like but isn’t glittery like other highlighters I’ve used. Love the bottle it comes in, looks sleek and classy, and the applicator makes it easy to dot the product on the high points of face and build it up if necessary. SELENA!! ILYSM but this is THE WORST!! The application wand is bad!! if you want it on your nose or inner corner, it is so hard to use!! Whenever I try to put it on, I feel like putting skin oil with glitters inside, it is messy and the product itself at the end does not look like highlighter. Whenever you try to blend it out, it doesn’t blend.. it looks like a glittery, greasy mess. Formula is HORRIBLE! Not beginner friendly at all… overhyped. But the silky touch highlighter is so much better! “Silky” and beginner friendly!! (I def recommend that one). Don’t get me wrong selenerrr but I love all of your liquid products, maybe this one needs a new formula?? Two orders and both were opened and used!

I ordered this with a large high dollar order and it came with the box seal broken. The item is like a mascara where you can unscrew the wand and pull it up ever so slightly to see if there’s product on the top of the wand indicating the vacuum has been compromised. It indeed had been pulled out completely at some point prior and the vacuum was lost. I immediately reordered just this item and had to pay shipping due to the small amount. I returned the used open product in store and they did not have any available stock.I received the second order today AND AGAIN THE SEAL WAS BROKEN. Again, the vacuum had been compromised as there was product at the very top of the wand. What the heck Sephora? I expect this from U*** but not you!
