Ray-Ban New Wayfarer RB2132 901 Black Sunglasses

What’s not to like of the classic new wayfarer, they are stylish and timeless. I got mine polarized. I had this exact model, color, polarized and size for 4 years till I had an accident where I cracked the frame. The first time I purchased them was at the sunglasses hut and I paid $230 they were expensive because they were polarized but worthy every penny and they pay themselves off if you take good care of them. When it came time to shop for a new pair I knew I wanted the same pair, I looked everywhere and they were all selling between $200-$230, till I found them at the online Walmart site for $140. Order them and got them delivered within 3 days. I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase.

Everyone should have a pair of Wayfarers

These are great glasses and just plain cool. I ordered the light Havana with the brown gradient lenses. These have a light tint. Much lighter than the G15 lenses. I prefer the lighter tinted glasses. They come in 3 sizes. 52mm, 55mm and 58mm. Small or narrow heads need to go with the 52mm. If your a big person with a large melon, then go 58mm. Most people will work well with the 55mm. If you’re not sure, go 55mm. Ray Bans feel good. They’re made well and feel like a quality product. They don’t break the bank and you’ll feel good that you bought something nice. This is my third pair of Wayfarers, all with different tints. I just keep buying them because I friggin love ‘em.

Great Sunglasses, Classic Look

I am extremely happy with my Wayfarer Polarized Green Lens sunglasses. The tortoise shell frames are very stylish and go well with whatever I'm wearing. More importantly to me is to have lenses that block out glare. The polarized lenses not only block glare, but they also make colors look more vibrant -- for example, when looking at the ocean, flowers, and plants. Overall, these sunglasses are great and I am happy with my purchase.

I got a really bad pair.

I don't know what was up with the ones I received, but I could not believe how bad the construction and materials felt. To start the frames felt cheap (I have 2 pairs of wayfarers already to compare) and the worst issue was a defect with the lens. Each lens shifted inside the frames every time you moved the glasses, creating this weird popping and cracking. They felt as if they were going to break apart at any moment. I returned immediately and bought the same glasses from a sports department store so I could check for flaws, and strangely the same glasses from the store are much better in overall quality, so I just don't know what to think about this. I know I got a faulty pair, but quality control should be much better for a brand like this.

I would like to have a pair that does not have a defect.

The glasses are a nice style and so is the price. But I am having a problem with them. This is my third time purchasing and sending back cause of what appears to be a defect. One of the arms sits higher than the other one. I dont believe they should be like that. I have owned a pair before that sat even, even sitting on smooth flat surface.

Love the Sizing Options

The Ray-Ban official website doesnt even do that. The style is phenomenal! Sunglasses look great but lenses a

I purchased the New Wayfarers with the classic green, polarized lens. I chose green because I liked it the best when I tested it on the website beach scene. The lenses I got were significantly darker - to the point I thought Iwas shipped the black lenses by mistake. I compared my sunglasses with those of friends and family who had the black and brown lenses. Surprisingly, there appeared to be very little to no difference as to how dark things looked through them.I LOVE the frames and will probably adjust to how dark things look through the lenses. I just wish the website gave a more realistic portrayal of what a scene looked like through the lens. I may have made a different choice.

Too Small and Uncomfortable

I ordered the New Wayfarers size 55s, which normally fit, but the frames are stiff, the legs creak, and they feel super heavy on my face. My right temple started to hurt after wearing them for 10 minutes. For those that have wider faces, I recommend the model RB4263. These other sunglasses are amazing - lightweight and fit perfectly. Also by default, they come with polarized lenses. I'm returning the Wayfarers.

I didn't realize I couldn't return them. Final sale would have been fine though because I have always worn these. However, they are super wide. It is as if they have been worn and stretched out. They do not fit my face at all. I have taken them to be adjusted a a local eye wear shop and they continue to be super wide and fall off. I really think they are used because I always buy these. Otherwise, they look like rayban wayfarers. Who knows but I would rather pay more and know what I am getting than buy these at a discounted price and receive crap. Thanks, Zulily.
