I have owned a pair for THREE months and I am being told by Lens Crafters where I bought them that the spring is broken and since I did not purchase extra coverage they will not fix them. I was told that it was the way I took them off that caused this problem. Since I have been wearing glasses like this for the last 35 years I did not buy that as a problem. This is not my first pair of glasses but this is the first time that the frame has had a problem.

I bought these frames for my progressive lenses last week and I must say that these are very comfortable to wear. They look really cool and they are light weight. Almost every pair of glasses I have bought in my lifetime have been Ray Bans. These are the most comfortable of them all. I have gotten many compliments on the styling from my co-workers and friends.

I got everything, a great Ray Ban style, progressive, Transitions lenses, a great fit, lightweight, stylish. and a great price. I singleqoute ll come back here for glasses again, great experience, and enjoy my glasses every day.
I bought these through my optometrist and went with the progressive lenses for reading and distance. They work great for what I intended. Working on a computer at about 2 feet away, working on papers about 1 foot away and seeing boards and screens 10 foot plus away. The fit and comfort so far have been great. I went with the all metal construction to have wearability especially with the hinges and springs. The only downside is with the progressive lenses, this is my first time with them, they only have focus in the middle corridor of the lens and things to the side you have to turn your head to get them in focus. I have had to have this frame replaced 4 times in the last 7 months. Ray-Ban will not stand behind their product. Lucky for me the store where I bought will exchange them for me for a year but I am still stuck paying the ductable every time.
i have own this frame less than a year. the spring on the right is broken. my eye doctor told me it's user error. Told me that i probably use my right hand to take off frame that caused it. I do not buy it. i have been using glass all my my life. i bought another glass instead.
