Ray Ban Sunglasses Wayfarer Black

I LOVE my new prescription Ray-Bans! I've been wanting Wayfarers since I was a kid and watched Ferris Bueller's Day Off. The original Wayfarers don't quite fit my face right but I knew these would be perfect when I used the visual try-on. And the green polarized lenses are perfect for any sunny or cloudy day. I couldn't be happier with my prescription sunglasses!

Better than the original

I am glad I picked up the wayfarer ease. These fit way better than the original style with the tilt, and I get better sun coverage as well. They have the same look as the original wayfarers, which I like. Definitely recommend for those who don’t care for the tilt on the originals.

Great Glasses

Got my first pair of prescription sunglasses from GlassesUSA. They are great. The fit is perfect, they look great and the prescription was done with complete accuracy. Unfortunately, have only had the glasses for a couple of weeks and the case that came with them is already falling apart -- the snap is ripping off. Don singleqoute t know how to go about remedying that. But, that has nothing to do with the glasses themselves -- very pleased that I can now order my blended lenses online and expect to receive a quality product from GlassesUSA. Thanks!

Great glasses, misleading pictures

I loved my new tortoise frames so much I bought the same ones in custom colors. They are a great size and shape and they are comfortable. The colors of my custom combination are not at all what I expected, though. I chose the “blue and gray opal gloss”fronts, which looked completely gray on my device. I didn’t see where the “blue” came in (and I definitely wanted gray) so I looked on another device to double-check. They looked 100% a medium-light gray. Wrong. They are 100% a dark, mostly matte blue, like a navy. There is nothing gray about them, and I don’t know where the opal comes in. I actually thought the company messed up at first, but now I’m convinced the picture is just really misleading. They are still pretty cute, but it was disappointing.

Hello again, old friend.

I guess I keep coming back to the basics. As someone who owns over 25 pairs of designer and/or vintage sunglasses, I find myself really wearing only three pairs consistently. The Ray-Ban Wayfarer is one of these go-tos. They go well with everything I own. They are classic, timeless, and always hip. I am thrilled to have them back in my collection, as years ago, back in college, I leant my original pair to a pal and never saw them again. So-- Hello again, old friend. Nice to see you again.

Old(s)c(h)ool!

I bought them thinking I probably have to send them back. I was afraid they were going to be too small for my face (I tried the Ray-Ban app and oh how weird these sunglasses looked on my face), but I have been thinking about these for quite some time now. I thought why not try it out and settle the battle in my head once and for all. I almost cried when I saw they were a great fit (these days weird things make me cry :D), they weren't too big or too small - they were perfect! You have to take into account that there is the famous "tilt" - meaning upper part of the glasses are a bit tilted away from your face, but somehow it works with my face. Either way, I am extremely happy! And they arrived amazingly fast.

One size does not fit all

Fits small to average faces only. I love the look of these, but they are just too small for my slightly large head. I’m giving 4 stars because they only offer one size in Wayfarer Ease. I opted for the new Wayfarers which I feel don’t have quite the same look, but they fit me better.

They’re fantastic, but...

The Ease is the first Wayfarer model that I really like the look of when wearing and, for that reason, is the first pair I’ve purchased. Overall, I love them. Fit and comfort are exemplary and the tortoise frame/green lens combo is classic. So, what could be wrong?Polarized lenses are only available in green and only when paired with black frames. Seriously? Come on Ray-Ban. You’ve got to provide more polarized options.

Way better than I expected

After so many years of buying "cheap" wayfarers, I finally decided to purchase the originals. I was between the RB2140 and the RB4340. So glad I went with the RB4340, since they are more "modern" and straight, while having the same shape. I am not a fan of the slanted frame, but I am not a fan of the New Wayfarer RB2132 either, so this frame is perfect. Also, the glossy finish looks great, the hinges are strong and the Ray-Ban logos look great also. These sunglasses feel like they are going to outlast me! Best decision ever. Feel like a million dollars when I have these on.
