I was looking for a headset stand and this was recommended to me. I was hesitant at first because I didn't think $70 was worth spending when all I needed was a stand. I purchased it when it went on sale. It comes with two USB plugs which are convenient so I don't have to reach the back of my tower. It does the job of holding my headset and charging. I love the lights! Though functional, I think it's a bit much for what I paid. I'm not a "gamer" so maybe that's why I don't appreciate this as much.... Show more

Don't purchase if you have a Mac!
The software needed to control the base, Razer Synapse, is NOT compatible with Mac OS Big Sur. This is a known issue but Razer does not provide adequate support for Mac users. The software will no recognize your device, leaving you unable to control it in any way. Also: the device is a much more bright, "bubblegum" pink than is pictured. I like the product, but it is not worth paying a premium for a device on which you can't access the full functionality.... Show more

Employee talked me into the wrong product
I went into a store location to speak with someone so I could MAKE SURE I was getting the right product… Well, the employee there “helped” me and gave me the wrong information and I spent $80 on a product that is practically useless for what I was needing. It was a gift… and I was very embarrassed when my fiancé opened it Christmas morning and said he can’t really even use this product for his Xbox unless this is plugged into the computer… which isn’t even in the same room as his computer... And can’t be. Also, you can’t even use all of its functions because this is meant to be used for PC… The employee ensured me it wouldn’t make a difference… I should have known better because he was quite pushy with me to just buy SOMETHING. What a waste of $80.... Show more

Great stand with awesome features.
Okay first off, yes I am a male and yes I love pink. My wife and son saw this and told me about it, so I had to go and check it out. I loved the look and it matches my Razer Quartz Kraken (with cat ears) and Blackwidow V3 keyboard. I love RGB (I am a child of the 90's, bright colors are rad) and it has a nice DAC built into it as well.10/10 would recommend.... Show more

Hard pass
This item constantly loses power when connected to my PC. I thought it might just be drawing too much power through the USB port, so I bought an external USB hub with its own AC adapter, and the issue persisted. Also had the same issue with the Kraken Kitty Headset. Razer quality is slipping for sure. Probably best to skip this item for now.... Show more

Poorly engineered for the price
Not sure how I missed it but this only works the way it is intended if it is permanently connected to your computer. At 0.9amps max if you are using a usb 3.1 port, it is agenizing trying to charge anything. One could bypass this by plugging it in to an external power supply but then you lose all function of the headphone jack and reduces the use of the usb ports to charge function only. Frankly, there are better options for the price for just a stand that can charge.... Show more

Razer makes quality products
Cute and usefull headphone stand. Once the razer software is setup for rgb its really great. Much more sturdy that i expected. And very useful usb ports since it does take up 1 on the pc. A little on the expensive side but its razer + pink tax, but its worth it in the end.... Show more

Stand of Flair
I have the black version, but its a great addition. I previously was resting headphones on microphone arm. This not only gives me a dedicated place to put them but also gives me some RGB. Along with extra USB ports make this a must have for any Razer fan.... Show more
