Expensive keyboard but really confortable and easy to use

It has horrible battery life, and switches still double register key presses despite Razer saying they fixed this issue. It also does not support mouse/keyboard pairing through the dongle as advertised. Don’t waste $300 on this piece of garbage.

I was already in love with the wired version of this blackwidow v4 75%. I was bummed when a wireless version didnt exist, yet lo and behold, one just released. I sold my wired version to get this for the minor upgrades and the convenience of switching in between my PC and Mac due to its wireless capabilites. The screen is a nice touch for aesthetics or to display useful info at a quick glance.

I cannot stand behind Razer charging $300 for a 75% keyboard with flaws...I give this a 1 star for several reasons below.1. The Pricetag.I don't know what Razer is thinking with that $300 price for a 75% keyboard. I understand it has their new Gen3 Orange switches which do indeed feel fantastic, but it doesn't even come close to validating the price being that high.2. Input DelayThis keyboard trails significantly behind others when it comes to consistency of your keystrokes registering in your game. While the gap is within milliseconds, this is also something you should consider when you are spending $300 on a keyboard designed for gaming. Their Huntsman V3 is significantly faster with response time and can adjust the actuation point.3. Synapse 4Just ... Their Huntsman V3 is significantly faster with response time and can adjust the actuation point.3. Synapse 4Just like what happened with Synapse 3, Synapse 4 is buggy. Some users experience issues with the multiconnect feature allowing them to connect up to 3 different devices. It doesn't register or show up or just randomly disconnects. There is noticeable lag between Synapse 4 and this keyboard currently, which will be worked out with future updates, but why would you spend $300 on a keyboard now, when it doesn't meet the performance standard right out of the box??4. Razer Quality ControlRazer as of late has been slacking on their Quality Control area with their products. They have moved from making quality, long lasting products, to gaming products that have a lifespan of less than their warranty. I don't know what change was made with Razer internally to have them make the decision of lowering the quality of their product while charging way over premium price...but they need to revert ASAP.5. Better Keyboards Out ThereJust like with every company that has competition in the gaming peripheral space, Razer is falling way behind. If you are looking for an amazing keyboard, with the fastest response time for games, and having even more features than any razer product... Look up the Wooting 80HE.I have been a customer to Wooting since their 60HE release and I have never seen a gaming company so dedicated to making sure that not only their products perform to our expectations, but they are products of quality. Their product support and QA announcements to their customers are so transparent, that when they found out a keyboard batch was shipped out in a courier bag rather than a box, they told every customer in that batch that if the product arrived damaged in any way, let them know and they will replace it for free, no questions asked. The best part....ALL of their keyboards are cheaper than this...and if you like the Razer Chroma lighting, their keyboards sync with it too.Razer needs to do better...because this...is just a blatant slap in the face to their customers.
The new orange keys are much better. Also i really like having all the options with the oled panel, having the cpu and gpu temps showing every few seconds helps with overclock testing. A little pricey but worth it.
I purchased this device under the preface that this device would function with a single dongle when it came to a headset/mouse/keyboard trio. However, I have talked to support and they stated that this device is not supported. A continent overshadow. My previous devices cannot connect to this keyboard. I utilize this for both work and gaming. ON TOP of finding out that razer themselves have updated to Synapse 4, which I wasted my time trying to figure out until this morning.. because I was on synapse 3build quality is great on this keyboard, everything about it is extremely solid, however due to my own experience and my needs, its a 2/5. Would not purchase at the full price when I picked it up.
