This laptop arrived early then I expected. The package was good and it did give me the wow factor. The laptop feels premium and strong. I was very happy with the price with the specs I got. The weight on this laptop is pretty light I used with dual 32inch dell monitor with out any issue with the RTX 3080. The only downside with this laptop it can capture finger print pretty easily.

I just want to preface this with how brilliant the Microsoft support has been so far (rivaling and exceeding Apples in my opinion). I had concerns about purchasing this as I needed a lighthweight laptop with some gaming oomph as Im a writer and narrative designer for tabletop and video games (meaning I need to jump into builds and test things - so Apple is a no go), and I heard that Razer had QC issues especially with their battery life. Microsoft support answered my questions quickly, and gave me confidence with an excellent warranty and return policy if an issue did occur, which made it a no brainer in purchasing this laptop. An excellent gaming laptop. Possibly the best in the world for its size!
Very nice: Light, quiet for a gaming laptop, runs like a dream, easy to set up and delivered super quick. Great build quality and the power to run any game I’d ever dream of. Teeny tiny gripe is that for the first day of using it, windows wouldn’t activate, but this went away after 24 hours and with no effort made on my part.
Honestly quite disappointed with the laptop… the volume of the speakers at max is very low compared to other laptops a fraction of the price. Also the inbuilt camera quality is also lacking. When you pay a premium price for a product you expect all aspects to be of premium quality, sadly this is not the case for some parts of this product as mentioned above. However all other aspects seem fine
