A good mouse if not for these sudden problems.
The mouse is well-made and has very nice switches, which I always look for. The ability to choose which way you wish to connect your mouse is wonderful, but there was one issue I ran into which is why I don't use this product any longer. One day I was using my mouse and having no issues the day prior I didn't expect to have any, but that was not the case. Out of nowhere, my mouse seemed to be disconnecting or simply not reading my movement as at times it would all of a sudden stop moving the cursor. So I went to update my mouse and as this needed the cord I plugged it into the mouse. This is when I learned the mouse and cord would not sustain connection as the program and my computer would register the mouse connecting and disconnecting repeatedly which was weird ... So I went to update my mouse and as this needed the cord I plugged it into the mouse. This is when I learned the mouse and cord would not sustain connection as the program and my computer would register the mouse connecting and disconnecting repeatedly which was weird as my mouse was charging fine the other day as well. This is when I purchased another cord simply hoping it was the cord as this connection issue occurred when I tested it out on my brother's PC. After receiving another cord the new cord also did not work so it seems at some random point that day the port on my mouse just stopped working for no reason in particular that I could figure out. This is when I tried to connect the mouse via Bluetooth and also learned that it didn't want to connect properly either as my computer registered the mouse as paired but when trying the mouse it was not functional. I would not chalk this up to the mouse though as my computer had been finicky with Bluetooth on a different occasion.Apart from these issues that cropped up this week the mouse performed perfectly and was honestly really good in my opinion. I am sad that my mouse no longer works though.... Show more

A truly top-of-the-line gaming mouse
This mouse was perfect! It's smooth to use, the buttons easy, the trackwheel gliding nicely, and it fits my hand quite well. I'd been using an older mouse that wasn't meant for gaming, and the difference is incredible. I don't feel as if I'm destroying my mouse while clicking quickly, and the general movement is clean and accurate. It keeps its charge for a long time and is quick and easy to recharge. This was a very worthwhile purchase.... Show more

Avoid (for now)
Razer's new trifecta of wireless gaming components (DeathAdder v2 Pro, Blackwidow v3 Pro, Blackshark v2 Pro) look awesome and hold a lot of promise, but they have some fatal flaws right now. These require Razer Synapse v3 to work, which is fine, but Synapse (or the device drivers) is super buggy. You have to download several updates, rebooting after each, just to get it to recognize these new devices. Once it does recognize them, it had a tendency to lose track of them, requiring you to unplug the device's dongle and plug it back in. In my experience this happens with the mouse and keyboard every time I turn on the computer, while it's only happened once with the headset. It will also often happen if the devices resume from low power mode. The truly fatal flaw, in ... In my experience this happens with the mouse and keyboard every time I turn on the computer, while it's only happened once with the headset. It will also often happen if the devices resume from low power mode. The truly fatal flaw, in my opinion, is that Razer requires you to use a separate 2.4Ghz dongle for *each* device, which just means they're all going to interfere with each other like crazy. This is especially evident with the mouse, where the interference causes terrible latency. You can run usb extension cables to separate the dongles from each other, but what's the point of that? I wanted *wireless* devices. Also, good luck if you want the dongles in the back of your computer (if it's made out of metal). All the metal back there is likely to cause even more interference. I had to plug all my dongles in the front.I may end up connecting all these via bluetooth to avoid the interference caused by using the 2.4Ghz dongles, but that's less than desirable due to the bandwidth limitations of Bluetooth (eg Chroma is severely limited), so not a great solution. Hopefully they will solve this via software updates, but I would avoid any of these products until they are more mature.... Show more

Breaks quickly and Razer warranty is terrible
DO NOT BUY. The mouse worked for about 6 months before crapping out. Sometimes happens, not a big deal, you have warranty for a reason, except razer support is now absolutely garbage. I submitted for a warranty claim, they asked me to pay MSRP to have the replacement shipped, and I would ship back the old one. They have collected payment, and now razer is not responding, and every time I call they just tell me please wait 48 hours for contact. Move to logitech or corsair, I've used razer for 15 years but this is terrible.... Show more

Great for Large Hands
Great Value Premium Gaming Mouse for Large Hands.Pros:One of the longer mice on the market, good for tall hands/long fingers.Decently wide, which provides an ergo-friendly way to grip your mouse so that your ring finger muscles are supported. Not talked about often, but to me this is a key feature of comfortable mouse-ing.Includes Bluetooth so it can be used between multiple devices.Works with Razer's charging dock (you may own this if you have purchased a Viper Ultimate or Basilisk Ultimate in the past).Cons:Pretty basic button layout. I wish there were 1-2 more buttons, preferably by the thumb cluster. Side-tilt scroll wheel for horizontal scrolling would be nice too.... Show more

Initially good, did not age well
I am writing this review after purchasing the DeathAdder V3 Pro, in order to replace the DeathAdder V2 Pro. The mouse has no glaring issues at first, besides being a little on the heavier side. However, you will experience wear on the injected rubber grips, especially where your thumb makes contact with the grip (right under the side keys). This is not covered under BestBuy or Razer warranty as this is considered "normal wear and tear." I play games daily, and my mouse showed signs of wear after a few months, however user experience may vary. Personally, I would spend the extra $10 for a plastic body and updated internals. Not only is the plastic body easier to clean, but will not wear down like the rubber grips on this mouse. Something to note is that this mouse ... Something to note is that this mouse feels significantly better than the V3 Pro, yet will not last a fraction of its lifetime. The mouse shape supports a heavily arched palm, and larger hands, however if you don't palm your mouse, it may feel even heavier and sluggish than what I experienced. I am not saying that this mouse is bad, but please consider spending the extra $10 for an upgraded gen of the same mouse, with a longer lasting build.... Show more

Okay, but can do better.
I've used Logitech, Razer, SteelSeries, and several other mice over the years for both gaming and personal use. I was coming from a SteelSeries mouse that I'd used for about 7 years (I think?). It works alright but you have to use their wireless dongle to access a lot of the functionality which means you have to keep their software running all the time. I bought a Razer Black Widow v3 as well so I had 2 razor devices that needed the software running. (you can read my review of that as well, but it's not at all worth buying!) You can use it without all that, but that's sort of why you buy these....for the extra functionality and pretty lights. It feels okay and functions like it should. You don't get as many extra "features" but the mouse feels much more premium.... Show more

Solid, lightweight wireless mouse
I bought this as a travel mouse for work. It's very lightweight which makes carrying it around easy. It comes with a little fabric pouch so I don't have to worry about anything getting scratched or damaged either. I'm not sure the exact battery life, but I charge it every so often and it hasn't died on me yet. Construction wise, I do worry about the plastic long term as it sounds a little hollow. However, the mouse itself is still very well put together and it holds up well being tossed around inside a backpack.I can't speak to how it performs gaming wise. It can be used plugged in, so you could always use it in that mode if you find the latency lacking.... Show more

Solid Product - A Winner for Sure
Very happy with this mouse and that says a lot if you knew me. I purchased the mouse to work with macOS, Windows and Linux. The mouse surprisingly works perfectly with all operating systems which is unlike the majority of many mice especially those that are wireless and use Bluetooth. Tracking is smooth regardless whether you are using it in Bluetooth or GHz mode. Mouse easily paired with all operating systems. Mouse has good ergonomics. Comfortable for a medium to large size hand. Battery life is good. Personally, I do not like the limp fabric covered charging cable but it does the job perfectly. I recommend this mouse to anyone.... Very good
This mouse literally changed my mind about using a wireless mouse. I bought it to use as a wired mouse, which it does very well. The cord it comes with is great and super lightweight and the mouse itself is, in my opinion, better quality than similarly priced wired ones. Where this mouse really started to shine, however, is in wireless mode, specifically with the usb wireless mode. The battery lasts for a surprisingly long time and the input lag is so low that I can’t notice the difference between wired and 2.4 GHz usb wireless mode. Also I’ve seen some reviews complaining about the noise of the buttons and I disagree that they are that noisy. I can see wanting super quiet mouse buttons but compared to competing products they are probably below average noise level.... Show more
