To start with, this headset is beautifully packaged, with a nice dustcover and well-designed box. The headphones are very well made, high quality materials, very sturdy. Sound quality is excellent - well-rounded, lot of depth and dimension, great volume range with a volume adjustment dial, and the headphones provide a good amount of sound cancelling as well, allowing the sound to come through in a very true and robust way. I watch a lot of stage performance shows, listen to music, and my son plays games, and great performance across all platforms. Just plug USB in and go. A fun touch that gives me a bit of jazz, personally, is the changing color and lighting on the logo on each ear piece. I was provided this product for my honest review and am very pleased. ... These are great headphones. The sound quality is amazing. Very clear. They are very comfortable and they work amazing with my PlayStation. They’re big enough for an adult head and very comfortable. I had an older pair of these and these are even better than the older pair. great headphones for gaming.

One word i would give for these is, wow. I really got to put these to the test right out of the box. There was drilling happening in my apartment complex and the noise was- unbearable. I was using earplugs just to get through the day. Using these headphones, i was able to cancel out 90 if not almost 100% of the environmental noise i was experiencing. And the sound quality is phenomenal. I really love that the headphones cover your entire ear, and they are padded enough to cushion them very well on your head for the weight they carry. I opted for the wired version due to my work computer needs and they connect perfectly, the mic works well and it also connects to my gaming accessories great. I think I just fell in love… with these new headphones. Sound quality is amazing, blocks out the rest of the world. The build quality is perfect, the speaker set is retractable so you can put it away when not in use. The design is absolutely beautiful with RGB lights that light up the Razer logo nicely. Connection is easy, just plug in and go. User friendly and no need to hassle with settings. Comes with two usb types. Volume adjustment on the side, easy to use. Made by gamers for gamers, I will definitely use this to game with friends, work calls, music time and everything in between.
Kraken headphones are a must have! These are compatible for several gaming systems but they also work with your phone. The sound quality is crisp and they have little interference with other things. These are affordable and well worth the money.
I got these for my 15 year old son to use. He does like them and says the sound is even better than another headset he has. The only problem we have is that when he plugs them into his PS5 controller, it doesn’t read them. When he plugs it into the PlayStation itself they work fine. Overall, he likes them but wishes they would just plug into his controller to work.
My son is a big time gamer. He's very particular with his gaming accessories, so his feedback is definitely encouraging for this product. The design is comfortable and can be worn for hours while gaming. He compared the sound quality to some of his more expensive headsets and I had to hear for myself and I was impressed. The only negative would be the wired connection. Overall, we would recommend for quality and value!

You can activate Surround Sound on it by registering at the Razer website, but out of the box it sounds great on desktop computers and through the Playstation 5. The wire is pretty long, so you can move around while playing to an extent. The microphone can be pulled out of a small port on the headset, which is clever, but caused a little confusion when first unboxing. The USB connection does not work through the Playstation 5 controller, which was a little disappointing, but due to the aforementioned long cord is less of an issue than it otherwise might be. I was also unable to get it to work with an older generation iPhone due to the available connectors (USB-A or C only), so could not test its functionality ... My husband seems to be really enjoying this headset. It is actually the same brand as his gaming computer (Razer). The headset is wired and not wireless, but audio/sound is better with a wired headset. The cord is long enough (1.8 m/5.91 ft) that it shouldn’t be a problem that they are wired. The mic is retractable for when it is not in use. There is also a mic mute button. Volume can be adjusted with a dial. The earpads are pretty comfortable with memory foam cushions. The sides also light up, which is a neat feature.
