This mouse has held up pretty well. I game almost daily, and for a long time this mouse became my daily driver. The 12 button interchangeable side made a HUGE difference in my MMO gaming while playing things like WoW, ESO, and even games that have an inventory bar at the bottom such as ARK: Survival Evolved. After about the 2 year mark of very heavy use some of the buttons on the side and the right click started to go out. But well worth the money in my opinion for how long it lasted.

There's a reason Razer is THE name in gaming mice.Very high quality mouse with amazing DPI. I can never use a lower quality mouse again - I had to loan it out for a week and could tell my play-style getting worse. I don't even play League of Legends or anything like that - even if you're an FPS player, this mouse will work great for you. I especially like playing ARMA III with it, as you can bind all the different complicated custom actions to the mouse buttons. For example, ARMA has a multi-tiered character stance system, and there are so many buttons on this mouse that you can bind one stance to each button to quick duck behind cover or get that perfect crouch for sniping. In that regard, you can quickly duck behind something when someone's firing at you - ... MoreThere's a reason Razer is THE name in gaming mice.Very high quality mouse with amazing DPI. Anyway, I recommend it.

So recently I bought this product and just HAVE to do a review for it because of its complete excellence in every way.First off, Their simplistic color scheme and lighting for the mouse is very good looking. Idk how to describe it but it is plain beautiful.Second, it fits very well in your hand. You can hold onto it and swing it back and forth as fast as possible yet never loose grip.Third, the software for the mouse is AMAZING! Once you get the mouse all you have to do is download their software "Razer Synapse" and in this program you can access all of your Razer products and program their buttons to do really everything. Finally, The control and smoothness of the mouse in game and while using it anywhere is next to perfect. Glitches among glitches

Aside from skipping a few times and freezing up in the middle of the screen with a clean mouse pad and everything synchronized the mouse has issues with its primary buttons not functioning after a few months. Playing an MMO with two major buttons assigned to two of my skills in every mmo I play and having them not "click" is annoying to say the least. I have been with it for six months and around the 4th month it started acting up. In the middle of this I was already planning to get a new PC and when I used this mouse on the new PC it still had the same problems. I would recommend to avoid this. Do some research as I am not the only one with these problems. Seems the skipping/freezing happens to a lot of buyers.

Great Mouse, doesn't stand up well over time

I've gone through 3 of these in the past 6 years or so. They're great, but after a year or so you start getting issues with the left and right mouse buttons. Double clicks and misclicks plague this mouse as it ages. Thankfully this usually starts happening just as the warranty is about to expire and you can send it in for a replacement. Sadly the replacement won't come with an extended warranty so once that one starts acting up you'll just have to buy a new one. Considering I've still got mice I purchased in the 90s that work perfectly today I can't really understand why Razer would choose to use parts they know will wear out unless that's the whole point. They changed the keypad buttons on the side in the most recent version I purchased and they're much easier to press than the previous ones I've had. The previous ones weren't hard to press, but they had a click to them and you couldn't really press them by accident. The new one's buttons don't have that click they just press, and after so many years of the previous style I've had some issues pressing the buttons by accident. It's something I've been adjusting to and happens less now than when I first got the mouse, but it still happens and I sincerely hope they go back to the old style in future versions.

Lasted 1 year, 8 months

I have owned this mouse for just over 1 year and 8 months. The laser sensor has kicked the bucket. It has started getting locked onto an x- or y- (horizontal or vertical) axis at random for up to 5 seconds. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable for a mouse advertised as a gaming mouse, particularly in the middle of FPS or MOBA games. I am extremely disappointed that this mouse gave up the ghost after less than two years. The MX510 I switched from was in perfect working condition after over 6 years of use, and after 2 years of storage it worked as soon as I plugged it back in. I originally bought this mouse to increase the number of buttons I had, but clearly Logitech had better build quality. This mouse didn't last, and I am surprised at the low build quality of this RAZER product. I have switched back to my Logitech MX510 in the mean time. RAZER's response will determine whether I buy products from them in the future.

I purchased this mouse as a replacement for my well used and well loved Logitech G600. I picked up a Corsair Vengeance K70 Mechanical Keyboard and decided to get a new mouse as well. Right off the bat, I liked how the side buttons felt to click, which was much more satisfying over the G600. The one negative I noticed right away though, was the ergonomics of the keys. Though much improved over the knuckle breaking original Naga, it’s still nowhere as innovative as the G600's and I found myself misclicking keys in games often the first few weeks. I never had to look down, ever, in games with the G600 even when I first got it, but with the 2014 Naga, 5 weeks in and I still have to look from time to time. I never had to look down, ever, in games with the G600 even when I first got it, but with the 2014 Naga, 5 weeks in and I still have to look from time to time. The software is amazing and setting up macros were flawless and easy to do. Tons of features, though watch out, it has been known that the stat tracking feature is known to cause games to crash and I’ve personally found this to be true in SWTOR. I just turned that feature off and never had a problem since. I wish this mouse was heavier, or had a version with interchangeable weights. It fits the hand well never the less. I was hoping this mouse had a “smooth” scroll wheel, as I got sick and tired of the G600’s jarring “clicky” whatever the term is for non-smooth feeling scroll wheels. Minor complaint, just got spoiled with an older mouse I had that was smooth scroll. Over all this is a solid mouse for anyone that needs or requires a lot of extra keys for on the fly activation. I wish the keys on the side were as ergonomic and innovative as Logitech’s G600, but the overall satisfying feel of them being activated is much welcomed.
