At first they were excellent, but just warranty was over, my headphones start acting up. I CAN'T MOVE MY HEAD or remove them WITHOUT THEM GLITCHING THE AUDIO OR OUTRIGHT NOT WORKING.Sometimes the audio will just go out and not work. It's a shame because I paid 80 CAD at the store (Best Buy) for these in black friday. I will try and reach razer about this to see if they can at least get fixed.

I'm in love with this Headset. I have taken this primarily for enhancing my gaming experience. It is almost a week that I have taken this and I have been using it for at least 6hours per day. I haven't kept the charging even once till now. I'm still left with 40% charging. I believe that is incredible. I'm yet to explore all the other functionalities that they have provided in user manual. The only minor problem that I observed when I'm playing a game is the audio drops for few milli seconds occasionally. Maybe, I think I need to explore the gaming mode feature for this not to happen. But, I don't really care about that as it happens rare for a few ms. I would really suggest this to my friends.

This headset uses bluetooth 5.0 rather than using a wireless dongle that you would find in other gaming headsets. As a result, when using the headset for voice calls on discord while gaming simultaneously, I've found that quality dips by a lot, mic quality is terrible on the other end and after a while, the headset will completely give up and turn off despite being above 70% battery.
I personally have tried on SONY XM4, XM5, Bose, Airpods Max and all those. I have to be honest that this cannot be compared to those in term of top notch conveniences (ANC only works when you have music on at a certain volume, you cannot fold it, and you do not have the option to plug it in if it runs out of battery). HOWEVER, I would say it brings out the same comfortability with the material even for hours, it also has super long battery life and short charge period so shouldn't be a problem. Overall, it has the quality for this price range in the market.
Worked well for 7 months, and then just died. USB cable shows that the headset is drawing power when plugged in, but the indicator light on the headphones is dead and the headset does not appear in available bluetooth devices. Will not pair, and there is no way to reset the headset.Way too expensive for such low reliability and no way to reset
The headset cracked on BOTH sides by itself, there were no accidents, no drops, nothing unusual, just plain bad materials. I bought it in September 2022 at BestBuy with a 2-year manufacturer warranty, 5 months later the product is useless, I've reached Razer Support for almost a month, and their last reply was 15 days ago asking me to wait for further instructions (they asked me to wait two days), clearly a dead end. Don't buy Razer headsets, disappointing.
Bought this headset in December 2021 for PC gaming. Had to follow up with a mic as the mic on this headset was terrible. Now in July 2022 it won't even turn on going through warranty to get it replaced but did I get the lemon or is this just a bad headset.
We were walking around the store and no one head to us that we can ask info regarding this Razers. The reason why I do a 3 start is because after googling about the quality of these we found that they where a little better that the Senheisser 450.
