Objectively mouse is perfectly fine, QC is actually really good on my unit, except the top cover not being perfectly snug with the rest of the mouse. It's not like it's loose, but sometimes I can feel it move a tiny but when moving the mouse and clicking at the same time. I'm not gonna talk about shape since it's extremely subjective, but for kinda subjective stuff, buttons are fairly heavy to press even when compared to Razer's v2 optical switches and weight balance is pretty bad - using the included Lithium AA, center of mass is quite far back, so I have to use an AAA eneloop lite + a tin foil ball in the AA slot to be able to pick up the mouse without having to grip it too hard. Battery life is like 2-3 days with a 500mAh NiMH battery because NiMH's are 1.2 volts.

Arrived timely and in perfect condition with plenty of protective packaging. The mouse is very small and very comfortable for my medium sized hands using a finger tip / claw grip. The wireless functionality is superb, no cut outs or latency issues and the battery has lasted me since I purchased a few weeks ago and still has more than 50% after using around 5 hours a day. Razer has a rep of products dying but I'm pleased to say that this is built like a tank and has no quality concerns to note, just make sure the shell is properly seated if you remove it as the RMB can feel odd if it isn't properly seated. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with both the shipping from SCAN and the Orochi v2, please just buy it and try it!

I'm a big fan of the Orochi V2, it strikes a perfect balance between gaming and productivity/work. Not to mention with multiple modes of connection it can be used with almost any device. It's also a very comfortable mouse, some gaming mice don't feel the most comfortable for non-gaming applications and vice versa, but this can comfortably be used for both and still be comfortable for either. It also has the huge added bonus of not needing the downtime of charging it. While using a battery makes it a little heavier it definitely makes it more pleasant and user friendly to live with on a day-to-day basis, and the battery (whether you go AA or AAA) lasts a long time.

Gaming mouse on a budget - no fancy RGB but still comes with the standard gaming mouse 1000Hz polling rate and the software for calibrating DPI to your choice is intuitive and easy to use. Battery life is by far the best part about the mouse. You can head to Razer's webpage for the Orochi V2 and calculate how long your mouse's battery will last - should be around a month if you run Lithium batteries and run the 2.4Ghz connection. Goes up to 2 months if you run in Bluetooth mode but you lose some of the responsiveness.
I bought my Orochi v2 from Best Buy about 9 months ago.I wont even get into the problems with the mouse falling asleep on its own. I uninstalled the software in the first week to by pass this issue (as all Razer software is interdependent, this meant I had to leave my Razer Chroma in its default color cycle(you cannot change colors without the software installed) mode just so I could use the mouse).Move forward to now, I have 6 mice, 3 are Logitech m170 1 is a Logitech m185.They have an average lifespan on a rechargeable battery of about 12 months (if left on 24/7 and used about 8 hours per day). These same batteries, used in the Orochi v2, last about 48 hours. This only started happening recently, which indicates a possible hardware issue with the mouse. But ... That should tell you something about Razer. They need to grow. I do not recommend buying their products until they have made a change.
Pleased with this mouse. I have small hands but came from a much larger wired mouse that was very comfortable. It took me a week or so to get used to the Orochi. I find it comfortable to use with different grip styles according to what I am using it for (browsing, gaming etc). I would prefer it to be slightly longer. It would then be mouse perfection for me. All the tech stuff works very well, no lag etc. I use rechargeable AAA Duracell batteries that last about thirty hours. It also allows for AA which would last a lot longer. I dont mind the weight of either as the mouse is very well balanced and lightweight. I doubt there is a better small mouse available that seems to fit most hand sizes though not palm grip for anything other than small hands. A big thumbs up ... MorePleased with this mouse. I am really in love with this gaming beast. I am enjoying this Razer Orochi V2 mouse while playing games. The mouse clicks are very satisfying and responsive. Compared to other gaming mice it's small but it's very lightweight & easy to use. Also, the other two switches feel smooth and useful during gaming. I am using this mouse every day while playing all the games. The first few days it takes time to adjust with this mouse due to its responsiveness but after that its experience is awesome. In my opinion, it is one of the best wireless mice. I will recommend this gaming mouse to others as well since it comes up with a lot of features.
Razer has gone downhill with their portable mice. I previously had an Atheris model where the Bluetooth crapped out, leaving me to use up a USB port to use the transceiver that came with it. After a couple of years of use the transceiver finally fell apart.I purchased an Orochi v2 mouse thinking I'd have better luck. The mouse kept losing connection with the laptop after non-use. I consistently had to reconnect the mouse until 2-3 weeks after the purchase, the Bluetooth connection crapped out. At least the transceiver works.I'm done with Razer and will be switching to another brand.
The Orochi 2 is extremely efficient with a great response time. The design is sleek and very comfortable for gamers. The option to use a double or triple-A battery is such a neat and innovative concept. I love the fact you can use the wireless connectivity or the dongle to use it across a multitude of devices. It is very well designed and is very durable and of excellent quality. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for a reliable efficient top-of-the-line mouse for the expert gamers in your life or for yourself. You can never go wrong with Razer products they are top-of-the-line quality gaming products!
I think when they made this mouse for gamers, they took several things into consideration as to how this mouse was going to be used. One of them is how is it going to be powered. It has options for AAA battery and AA battery, whichever one you happen to have on hand. It also has a ton of options for connectivity, to include a dongle or via Bluetooth. The battery life has been very good as well. It's lightweight, easy to move and manipulate, even for small hands like I have. I have not experienced any delays or any lagging in it's use. I am not a hard-core gamer, but I do like it for casual gaming, and don't see it having any issues for more hard-core gamers.
