I really like these jeans! They hold up well to real farm. They don't rip at the knees or the thigh after moving hay or building fence. Also the side leg pocket is perfect for holding hammers, pliers and utility knifes. And they are finally a pair of women's jeans that have enough belt loops! That said, the waist is just not right for someone with hips unflat stomach. If these came in a high waisted version. I would wear them all the time. I even sized up and down and they still just don't sit right. Absolutely love these jeans just wish they sat better and more comfortably in the waist region.

I bought these jeans because I love the rebar raven straight leg ones and the Ariat real denim boot cut jeans. I was disappointed with the fit for me personally. The legs were baggy at the knees and more of a bell-bottom than a boot cut in my opinion so returned to get the straight cut ones again instead. I’m also going to try the perfect rise rebar slim leg ones to see if they’ll fit better at the waist. These and the rebar raven straight leg seem a little tighter around the waist than the real denim line fits so I recommend sizing up one. If you don’t mind a wider boot and bigger knees cut these would be great jeans for you.

I have ordered from Ariat online a few different times and didn't like any of the jeans so I sent them all back as the fit was ALWAYS too small & too tight. I was recently at a store where they carry this pair of jeans and tried on a different size, than what I had ordered, that I was NOT expecting to fit and NOT expecting to love! OMG'sh .... when you figure out the Ariat sizing and get the right size that fit Ariat jeans are absolutely PERFECT! I do like a longer length on my jeans so when I sit down they still cover my boots slightly below the ankle. I like a stacked pant leg look. I was however wishing for straight leg instead of boot cut and went online to see these jeans DO have a straight leg cut available! I am SO EXCITED! I do sew and can simply dart the bootcut pair on the inside seam to be more fitted with my boots. FYI if you don't sew ... a small safety pin works well to. My husband and I own & operate a VERY busy diesel repair shop and these jeans are SO COMFORTABLE to work in and spend hours of drive time on the road going to pickup parts everyday from our vendors to keep our 8 mechanics moving in our shop. Also ... as a postmenopausal woman, I like how they sit below the navel as I can't stand anything tight fitting around, or pinching, my waist now. The lower rise on these jeans is PERFECT for me.

I'm 5'4" and well proportioned so I consider myself to be average height and a bit on the thin side. I always have to get "short" pants or get my pants hemmed. I have never had to get "short" pants hemmed. I'm not sure what kind of giants ariat expects out of its shoppers because I have to hem 2.5 inches from the "short" pants. I absolutely love these jeans. They look good, feel good, have great movement- and those pockets are my heaven. But I can't even wear these pants due to the length until I find someone who can hem them. 2.5 inches is a lot of length to remove. And the thighs have a lot more to them then I personally need so they seem a bit baggy but I could live with that if they weren't so long. I did not return them because I do really really like them and ... MoreI'm 5'4" and well proportioned so I consider myself to be average height and a bit on the thin side. I did not return them because I do really really like them and plan on getting them hemmed. The sizing on most ariat products that I've experienced is wrong. I wish their designers would get it together... even adding an inseam option when ordering would simplify things...
Normally wear a 2 in torrid pants and the 20R in these were super generous. Definitely a larger 20 than the Wranglers. Not a bad thing, just a sizing difference. These were plenty long and the material has just enough heft without being too thick. Thighs had room to bend and move and the waistband rise did not need constant adjustment. Perfect for work weekends on the farm.
Bought my first pair in august of 22, wore them almost every single day up until this January when I bought a new pair.I didn’t buy a second pair because they no longer performed well or had rips and holes, I just needed a second pair to add to the cycle. But the wear they did have was mainly the color being rubbed/washed off (I will note that I rarely wash my jeans, as in maybe once a month with daily use). I work in a warehouse so I keep pens, knives, keys, and a radio on me constantly, the most wear in the jeans is from where these items sit in my pockets but they have yet to actually make a hole. All the pockets are very handy, I use them all for one thing or another. I’m at the perfect height where it’s easy to reach the leg pocket without issue. I am 5ft 4 and usually a Uk size 12-14 depending on the brand. I ordered 32 w 33/R length, but they were way too long and very roomy (felt more like a long size 16). I sent them back and ordered 30 w short and they are perfect and not too short. They are a great fit and I like all the details in/on these jeans. I chose these initially because of the side pocket as I needed jeans with this feature and these are ideal. I'm not sure how the boot cut style will be in the winter when it is muddy and wet but for dry days, I think they'll be ideal. I like the material and stitching detail very much. In a world of jean lookalike material and jeggings, it's lovely to wear jeans that feel jeans! Thank you.
I ordered my typical Ariat size 26L and these were SKIN TIGHT! There was no way I could use the cell phone pocket they were so tight and the denim felt thin compared to ariat real whipstitch and original which im used to wearing. The backrise also did not cover my but and measured only 13" with a 7" front rise. The waist fit fine and was not tightI returned thes for a refund, I will not order in another size.
So I started out and bought a 34 reg. Based upon my measurements. They where way to big. So I did the recommended size that the size guide gives you which was a 30R. Way to small. I'm 5'6 and weigh 170lbs. Out of the 3 sizes I bought the 32short fit the best. Regular length is very long. Also, i think this is more of a hip hugger Jean. I hope this info helps someone so they don't have to purchase 4 different sizes. I have no retailer stores near me that sell them in store.
I LOVE the Rebar Riveter jean - the pocket is exactly what I was needing for work and the fact that they seemed to be durable I was so glad a friend recommended these (she has 2 pair). I ordered them (and a new pair of boots cause why not) in my normal size 22 (according to the size chart) but was only given the choice to get a regular inseam. I get them here and they (1) Fit Small to Size in the waist and (2) are long enough for a second pair of jeans! I'm really bummed over this - its very hard to find jeans that fit well, are durable, and not mens.
