Bought it bec it shows harvested date but better if there is processing date. Mild, bit of pricky taste in the throat. Extra virgin should be. Stronger the better for genuine ones. Placed the bottle in the fridge. Havent solidify, pass a week, may be takes much longer to test authenticity. Glad the oil is not pure golden. It should be greenish. Most EVOO are packed in green bottles to camouflage so you cant see whether the oil is golden or actually greenish.
