Definitely works. Even on days I’m tired and don’t feel like working out, I feel that it gives me the extra energy I need to power through a workout. I bought this and also got a water bottle and small gym bag to go with it. Unfortunately the water bottle broke the first time I dropped it. However, RedCon was awesome and sent me a shaker cup do to them not stocking the water bottles anymore. As for the gym bad, it seems like a good quality. I can definitely see myself using it for more besides just going to the gym.

I’ve had Total War several times and I really love it. It always gets me pumped for my workout and I feel great throughout. However, this time something is different. This container came to me all in one solid block that I had to beat around and scrape with a knife to get any product out. Now it has really large chunks that don’t dissolve in water easily. It also makes me much more jittery than the previous ones I have tried. Like I said - I love this product I’m just not sure what happened this time.

Two of my family members have both said that the tingling was out of control.My son first used it and he said he was so itchy, and tingling everywhere. I didn’t think much of it until my husband had a drink this morning. He told me that this stuff is evil.Tingling sensation like no other, and he felt nauseous too. I bought it from Walmart on their clearance shelf. I see now why! Nothing natural about this stuff, man made, chemicals I am sure our body is not thanking us for. It’s in the bin now.
I never understand what all the fuss was with pre-workout until I tried total war. On my first try I did a quarter dose as I was concerned I would be sensitive to the caffeine. I barely felt different, I just noticed I felt calm, focused and I wasn’t tiring as quickly and beat every plateau I was at in my workouts. On average I could do 3 more reps than when I didn’t use total war, and lifted 1-2 levels higher on every machine than my previous workout. Usually when I increase my weight I cannot simultaneously increase my reps. i know this is from total war! The difference in my gains since using this product is also visually different! Stop settling with plateauing on your progress, use total war and break every barrier!
Fruit punch. It's okay. Definitely tastes like fruit punch, but has a somewhat bitter aftertaste to it, which is odd to me. Not off-putting, I'll still happily drink it, but just something to keep in mind.I've only tried half scooping it. Maybe a tad more than half, at times (160-200mg caffeine). That's been plenty for me. I get into the gym and have been crushing it. Pushing myself to hit higher weights and realizing I've had more in the tank than I realized.I'm happy with this purchase.
Your products are second to none- everything is awesome and everything works the way it is advertised, but for as great as your products are, your shipping over the last six- months has been equally horrendous! Every order takes longer than the last. It’s to the point that it’s almost not worth it anymore.It's like you got so big that it now ok cool give us your money and you’ll get your stuff when you get it. I used to get my orders within a week when you were in Boca, now they take a month or more.
