I am absolutely obsessed with this shampoo. I had really dry hair and this shampoo has definitely helped that. This is a more costly shampoo, even the travel size is $8. However, if you have been looking for a better product for damaged hair this is it. The scent however isn’t necessarily my favorite but it could be worse! I only use the shampoo but as soon as I’m completely out I’m going to buy the biggest bottle. Definitely an investment but highly recommended!

I have used this conditioner twice now, but I would say I'll be purchasing once I run out. The smell is subtle but I love that as I don't like heavy fragrance smell for my hair. The consistency is perfectly between not too thick or too thin, leaves my hair feeling conditioned and soft. I only apply conditioner from the shoulder length down, never on my roots. Washes well too. No product build up in my hair. I love it.

After seeing this product multiple times on social media, I decided to give this a try for my extremely dry and thick hair. The product is a heavy cream consistency and doesn't smell like much. However, it has made a noticeable difference in hair texture: it is shinier, softer, and easier to manage. While the product is very expensive for my taste, a little product goes a long way in conditioning the hair. One bottle lasted about 6 months

I received the whole series to test in the capacity of 50 ml shampoo and the rest of the 30 ml products, I thought that I would have shampoo twice with a huge amount of hair and length and conditioners at once, I was wrong, a small amount is needed to cleanse and moisturize. I used the shampoo for 5 washes and the conditioners for 3 times. The hair gained a lot of shine, it is light, smoothed and gently lifted from the roots. I feel that the scalp is properly cleansed, it is not itchy and there are no signs of irritation. So far, I have struggled with frequent hair loss and brittleness with every brushing, but now I see that they are strengthened and less susceptible to damage, even after styling with a straightener or curling iron.
This is my absolute favorite conditioner. have fine bleached hair, and this does a great job at moisturizing and it's great for detangling in the shower. My college has really hard unfiltered water, and this conditioner works really well to combat the hard water. It has a clean scent that's not overpowering. It's salon quality and when you buy the large size it's actually a decent price. If you do buy the large one, buying a pump for it is an absolute must. It costs like an extra $2 and makes it so much easier to use.

I have lots of wavy hair but it is in the finer side, which can make hair oils a little complicated for me. Put this on the ends and bam, my hair looked fresh and polished like fresh washed hair. Most hair products look great on clean hair, but for me, I need to see how they do on hair that is riding that fine line. This passed the test. This is a great conditioner for dry hair types. My hair is curly and usually quite dry and frizzy so a really good conditioner is a must-have in my haircare routine. Redken All Soft Conditioner leaves my hair well moisturized without weighing down my curls. The texture of this conditioner is thick but it was very easy to distribute through my hair and left it lightly scented. Overall its an amazing conditioner. Thanks to Redken for sending me this conditioner to try out- I really love it!
I have tried a lot of products and different brands over the last few years trying to get my previously bleached and damaged hair into better condition. Redken products, especially the all soft mega range have become my go-to and have dramatically improved my hair health, softness, and helped it grow longer due to less snapping. I would recommend redken to anyone! 10/10. A little goes a long way and the products last a good amount of time.
Redken kindly sent me a free sample of All Soft conditioner so that I could review it. Let me tell you, I was SO excited when it finally came in the mail and it did not disappoint. This conditioner was one of the most moisturizing I've used in a while. I could tell my hair was much softer than usual after I got out of the shower, and it stayed soft even after it dried. Will definitely continue to use this product.
As soon as i started using this product my hair felt really soft BUT i noticed my hair falling out in clumps in the shower and when i would detangle my hair. Nothing else in my hair routine changed except this conditioner. My hair is now damaged and is so tangly when wet. When i pull it off my comb, the hair BREAKS so easily, its like stretchy. For reference I have wavy/curly fine hair that is bleached.
