Redken Frizz Dismiss Shampoo - 300ml

I like that this shampoo is sulfate free. I wish it was silicone free too but unfortunately unfortunately it's not. I try to limit the use of silicone in my hair care as it can cause buildup. I haven't noticed too much build up with this shampoo like I expected I would see. It leaves my hair soft, volumized, and much less frizzy. It's good for me to use on days I want my hair to be naturally wavy or days I want to straighten it. The fragrance is nice, it smells a little bit nutty. A little bit goes a long way a half liter bottle will probably last me 6 months. For reference I have fine, low porosity hair that is dense and goes down to my bra strap in length.

Amazing !

I received to review product I love the Dove repair shampoo and conditioner. After receiving this combo I am in love my hair looks healthier and a lot less frizzier. Especially when I use no heat products then just go over with iron using g heat protectant. It is more costly than Dove, but as far as frizz it works better. My hair is damaged from dying and toning. I've been buying olaplex products here and there as I can afford. I really am grateful to try this product. I don't need olaplex I can just use the shampoo,, conditioner, leave in product. My hair is healthier and smoother. In love

Fixed my unhappy hair in one wash

My medium 2C hair has been feeling dry and damaged with lots of frizz, likely from lack of moisture plus protein overload. I washed with Frizz Dismiss and followed up with Frizz Dismiss conditioner. I combed the conditioner through in the shower with a wide-tooth comb and used zero styling products, just plopped briefly with a microfiber towel. Then I slept on it wet with a 100% cotton pillowcase (cardinal sin!). Despite this less than ideal routine, my hair feels SO. MUCH. BETTER. It is shinier and looks and feels moisturized. My curls feels soft and springy. I can't say how this Redken line performs with multiple uses/a styling routine, but I am super happy with the result after just one go. Also, it smells lovely.

Frizz Control 10/10

I've been using this product for a little over a week and can tell a difference in my hair already! The frizz dismiss by Red Ken truly tames any and all frizz! I live in a VERY dry climate in the desert and have always had a problem with dry & frizzy hair. I would highly recommended giving this product a go!

Gives u an itchy head, not frizz free hair

Kinda sucks. I hate applying it becauses it knots up my wet hair so badly, causing breakage. Never seen a shampoo do that before. ALSO MY SCALP IS ITCHY NOW? ive never had an itching problem until now, using this shampoo. Definitely will be switching this shampoo. I have wavy low prosperity hair and an oily scalp.

Great Frizz Control

I had the pleasure of receiving the Redken Frizz Dismiss set for free from BzzAgent and it's been a delightful addition to my hair care routine. I waited until I was able to use this shampoo and conditioner 4 times before leaving a review. I was anxious to try this shampoo because of all the reviews about hair fallout. I have ombre'd blonde hair with my natural hair up top. I personally don't dye my hair anymore so I can't comment on how it affects dyed hair but I am very happy with the efficacy of this product. It makes my hair very soft and manageable. My hair looks sleek and shiny days after washing it when I used to deal with frizzy hair that would just not be tamed so I'd turn to heat. Now I use NO heat on my hair!It does not make my hair fall out. Everybody's scalp is different, for me the all soft line just wasn't doing it, frizz dismiss is a huge hit. Love the conditioner too. Will think about buying other frizz dismiss products but for now use the its a 10 spray after showering.This line smells very good in the shower too, that's a plus for me. If you have unmanageable hair you might be looking in the right spot to fix that.

Itchy, flaky scalp

I have wavy hair and have been seeing this brand recommendation so I tried it. I wanted to love it, but after using this for 2 weeks, my scalp has been significantly itchier than before. Also, a ton of flakes have been coming off of my scalp. I wash every other day, have a healthy scalp, and never had this happen before. Unfortunately, I will be returning this

One of my faves

I love this product. I struggled with an oily scalp for months before I found the right product in this Redken frizz dismiss shampoo. It's light enough that it doesn't wear my hair down, but also helps define my curls/waves. I do think it could do more in the way of actually fighting frizz, and it does use parabens and sulfates which will turn a lot of people off, but for me it works well. It also smells lovely.

Wow!

Let me preface this by saying Redken shampoos and conditioners have never worked for me. They are all usually too heavy and/or stop my hair from creating it's natural wave. I tried both of these products and I was blow away. I went to bed with wet hair and I woke up with wavy, less frizzy hair. My frizz isn't completely gone, but I'm in south Florida and the humidity is very high. The scent is light and nice, and the conditioner was heavy enough to get my tangles out and light enough to not make my hair greasy or weigh it down. I will absolutely continue to buy these products and other items in this line! Thank you redken for making this product!!!- the photo is my post slept on hair, running around in light rain and 89% humidity!
