REDTIGER F7NP 4K Front Rear Dash Cam

I'm very pleased with my Red Tiger dash cameras! (front and rear) The user manual is easy to read and the cameras were easy to install. The control and settings buttons are easy to use. The image resolution is crystal clear. One thing I particularly like about the rear camera is that it can be adjusted up or down to accommodate for the angle of the rear window it's mounted on. The rear camera image is visible in the upper left corner of my dashcam screen, so it also doubles as a backup camera when I'm parking in a tight space, as I can see how close I am to objects behind me. I remove and hide the front camera when parked in the city, so as to not attract a car break-in, and tuck the cable ends up under the sun visor. With all the crazy driving that happens all around me when I'm out on the road, it's reassuring to have the added protection of a video record of what happened in case I'm ever involved in an accident. I would definite recommend Reg Tiger to other drivers, and already have.

Couple things here. First the service has been tremendous on what I needed.The camera has great videos and photos of which I documented the Hot Rod Power Tour with in 2023 with three different cameras. My F7NS was used here and was great for daily videos. The loop of the videos could be longer or not at all, so if you are traveling long distances with the camera keep a second card or a laptop to down load your video if there is something you want to save.My Redtiger F7NP works great also but I ran into an issue over the weekend. The issue was with the vehicle I had purchased not having the larger cigerette light plugin rendering the camera usless.What did was contact Redtiger and they are supporting me with a different cord connection to the truck I purchased to ... MoreCouple things here. It is my first dash cam.I purchased it because I live in a small city with two colleges and, students having little driving experience, frequently fail to completely stop at 4-way intersections and I have a lot of close calls with collisions.Unfortunately, the camera experienced a screen view problem.I reformatted the SD card, reset the camera, installed the F7N update as required to no avail.It happens sometime. Electronic circuitry is very sensitive and occasionally, in rare occasions, a circuit component fails.I notified Red Tiger Tech Support and they concluded that the camera needed to be sent back to them to be examined.They sent me a Free Return Postage-Paid bag for returning the camera. I returned all the other necessities that came in the box as they were up front and honest with me and I want to be honest with them.Also, they sent me an entirely new camera with all the accessories. I swapped cameras and also sent them the GPS and rear camera because they need to fully examine everything hooked up to the camera to determine the problem.I am 100% satisfied with my F7N and when it comes time to ever purchase another dash cam, they will be my first choice!Thank you Red Tiger! This is the second Red Tiger Dash Camera that I have purchased and installed. I also purchased the hard-wire kit. The hard-wire kit was about 10 to 11 inches too short, and I had to cut the wires before the little box and insert an 11 inch section of new wire to be able to extend it. This was disappointing that I had to do this. I installed it in a 2024 Honda CR-V, which is not a very large vehicle. It good to see that the hard-wire kit comes with a variety of fuse taps and terminals that connect to the fuse taps. I understand that the hard-wire kit is supposed to be a universal kit, but it is much easier to tuck in excess wire than it is to splice a section into the existing wires. So, I would give the dash camera 5 stars and the hard-wire kit 3 stars.
