Just got the Nano X4, and so far, so good! The shoe felt more locked in than previous iterations of the Nano, which I liked. There was a good amount of cushioning behind the heel. The sole/underfoot is very similar to the X3, so if you liked that, you will like this as well. I can tell that they will perform similarly to the X3 when I am lifting and also when I go on short runs during WODs (400-800m).From a sizing perspective, I found it to be true to size. The Nano X2 and X3 were slightly larger in fit than these, so if you felt that those versions were already too tight in your normal size, then I'd go up half a size on the Nano X4 as these would be way too tight for you. First training shoes I've bought, I like them a lot
I've always worn sneakers or running shoes but finally decided to go for a proper set of training shoes for weightlifting. These are a huge upgrade for me. They're very stable and give me a lot more confidence during lifts. One thing I didn't expect is that they're a lot more grippy on gym floors, it's a small thing but definitely feels nice.I saw a lot of complaints about them being too narrow when I was researching options, but I have no issue with that. I wear a 9.5, and my feet measure a size C. These are definitely more snug than other shoes, so if you have a wider foot I can see it getting uncomfortable, but for me they are great.#sweepstakes... Good Training Shoes
I'm liking these so far. I prefer them to the Nobull Outwork pair that I tried when I was shopping. I've been using the Reebok CrossFit Nano 7s for a few years and needed to replace them. This new model is not as flat or as wide of a toe box as the 7s. I think it suffers when it comes to lateral movements because of this. But they have good comfort and support for lifting and most training needs. They look pretty nice too! Although I wish the tongue was a little smaller. The build quality seems good so hopefully they last a while.#sweepstakes... Show more

Hurts my feet
Wore them for a day around the house and did light indoor exercises. Had a lot of movement on the heels, so I tightened them. This fixed the heel movement, but my feet started hurting as if the circulation was cutoff. The worst part was the plastic piece on the outside heel stabbing my foot. I attempted a lateral movement and plastic hurt so bad I had to finally take them off. Moving up in size probably won't help because of the heel movement issue and toe spacing is good with the current size. I'm sad cus the white looked so good. Not for me. Returning.... Show more

It's the X3 but lighter with a worse heel
Been wearing the X4 for a few weeks now. Here is the good. The X4 are definitely lighter. T2B and box jumps don't feel as clunky as the X3. The X4 toe guard is stronger than the X3. The float ride energy is noticeable for dubs, feels like I have springs on my feet. The X4 is pretty flexible yet supportive for lunges, pistols and heavy squats well. I have not tried rope climbs yet. Here is the bad. I could wear the X3 all day, I don't feel that way about the X4. The X4 is more uncomfortable. The toe box and mid sole is tighter. The heel iteration from the X2 is sorta back. Overall the X3 was a better shoe even though it's heavier. The color selection is not great, yet. The flagship white/orange look cool but get dirty easy.... Show more

Love my new X4. Improvements over the X3.
I've been using the Nano X4 for a few days, and they've been great! I've used the X3 in the past, and I definitely prefer the X4. These sneakers are noticeably more breathable, especially during long workouts. They hug my foot much better, and I feel confident that they won't slip off. The sizing appears to run slightly smaller than the previous version, but they fit me just right. If you prefer a looser fit, I'd recommend going one size up. Overall, I'm very pleased with the new version. They've made significant improvements. It's a 5-star rating from me.... Show more

Nano X4's are great!
I own several colors of all varieties from Nano 2s, 3s, and 4s and love them all. They are great for cross training, weight training, cardio, etc. wish they would come out with more colors to choose from and I would most likely buy even more pairs for myself and my wife both because she loves them too. Wonderful shoe really for any occasion other than dressing up I guess but just to wear casually with shorts or jeans they look great, fit true to size, and are very comfortable. Obviously or I wouldn't have purchased numerous pairs in a variety of colors for my wife and myself both. The pics aren't even all of the ones we have owned just what we currently wear and alternate between. Need many more color schemes for men and women and in Unisex as well. Don't go ... Size up or better yet, don't waste your money
Entirely too small. Im a longtime supporter of the Nano for training use. This sneaker is just unwearable. I purchased the same size as my other 15 previous Nano purchases. The toe box is narrow and tight. The entire sneaker is narrow and the heal feels elevated. If you don't listen to this review and decide to try them anyway, size up at least a half size. Unfortunately, I will moving to a new brand. The evolution of the Nano series has been trending downward for a few years now. I believe it's the unisex style that is causing this. Bring back the wide toe box. And what's with all the pink and fluorescent colors? Bring back shoes for men. Btw, the glue is peeling off the toe right out of the box.... Show more

Time Will Tell
I bought these specifically for gym use so that I'm not wearing running shoes for lateral motion activities. After some research, I settled on the Reebok Nano X4. Others have complained that this is a more narrow shoe, and they are correct. These are noticeably leaner than my Saucony Ride running shoes. But that's to my advantage since I have a narrow foot. Couple the narrow last with the still ample toe box area and it's a great fit for me.The shoes are lightweight and feel very lightly cushioned, with a flat, stable base. Time will tell, but my only complaint after trying on and walking around the house is that the first eyelet area just under where my ankle hits during flexion has very little cushion. It's a little irritating to the skin, but will probably not ... MoreI bought these specifically for gym use so that I'm not wearing running shoes for lateral motion activities. If that turns out to be the case, these will probably warrant an upgrade from 4* to 5*.Definitely follow RRS recommendation to size up. That advice was 100% accurate for me.... Show more

Worlds narrowest to date.
I think the heading pretty much sums up my experience w/the Nano 4. Why do shoe companies not cater to men?! Do we not purchase shoes? Are we not consumers? It's amazing how the woke ideology has spoiled into the shoe design. We NEED wider toe shoes! I feel like this is bud light all over again. You spit in the face on your main consumer & cater the 10%. Also, what's up w/the neon pinks, orange, yellows, greens on on men's shoes? Until you fix these multiple problems & start caring about men again, I won't buy another pair. Adios Reebok!!...
