Its a good bench! Durable for any exercise you could think of! I recommend this bench with home multi use squat and bench rack! Its the perfect combination!
Pros. Its well built, easy to adjust and move. Doesn't take up a lot of space. Cons. I think its too high 18 inches from floor to the top of the flat bench, its much taller than those at the gym. Also the space between the pads of the seat and back are too far apart 2.5 inches and for flat bench my back doesn't have any support, its just a large hole.
They sent me a pool instead of the adjustable bench I ordered!!
Decent home bench. Easy to assemble, easily adjusts, pads are nice quality. Could stand to be made a bit stronger. Seems like it could break under anything over 300lbs. The longer pad bows a lot if I sit on the end and im 220lbs.
