Buy Refectocil Oxydant liquid developer 3% (100ml) RefectoCil Oxidant 3% liquid (10 vol.) is a stabilized developer on a liquid basis, specially developed for RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash colors. Application Mix 10 drops with 2 cm of paint and stir the mixture into a creamy paste with the help of the dye stick. Apply the paste immediately, following the instructions for use.
