Cannot praise this enough. Bought for my son to record his vinyl mixes with ease, as my lad is blind with myopic brain disorder, and he struggles with too many buttons. This is amazing, so simple, and you can connect your system to go through this brilliant gadget. Well done to whomever put this thing together. Top marks.

This product is awesome if you are looking for a simple recorder to capture your jam sessions. Nobody has a price even close to this for the Tape 2. You'd have to get the less-featured Tape 1 to match this price. And Guitar Center has a satisfaction guarantee - why get it anywhere else?

This is a great tool for any DJ who wants to do recordings of their sets without a laptop. Setup couldn't be easier. Plug the included cable into the input of the unit, and the other RCA ends into the back of the mixer. Plug in a USB drive and you're all set. Sound quality is very good. I haven't used it for analog to digital yet, but I plan on giving that a try. It's just a little bigger than a cassette tape, so it's extremely portable - great for recording sets on the road. Plus, it just looks great. I'm very happy I picked this up.

Works great all round use. $109 Good price. The phono not good. Line in 320kbs is great. They are some glitches in the playback, A few seconds missing every so often. If you need a 'completely dependable recorder', this is not it!.... But for the price this is worth it. thumbs ups
This is a great little recorder. Just plug in a usb stick and it records your live mixes as an mp3 instantaneously. It's just like recording to a tape in the good ol days! Highly recommend If your looking for a simple solution to record your mixes.
The product came with a an input jack that was quite sensitive to movement and would disrupt recoding when the devise was moved at all whilst recording. The cables that come with the recorder are quite delicate and susceptible to damage without much use of the recorder. The next model of the Reloop Tape recorder is a better option for those looking for a small efficient recording device.
Reloop has made this really practical audio tape recorder with USB connectivity that is going to make collectors very happy! Make sure to pick up a Hosa CMR-210 10 Ft 1/8-Inch Stereo (M) to Dual RCA (M) Cable, which allows you to connect this unit to your mixer or controller so you may record your live set.
Well once I YouTube how to use it, then it worked well for me to put my DJ sets in mp3 for uploading to Soundcloud. Smaller file with no loss to real quality sound. I use it all the time. All thanks to DJ City again. Supplying the DJ goods to the people who need it, is DJs.
Sold as the tape 2 but it is the older version. Not the Tape 2 with micro SD card. I was very disappointed when receiving this as it is clearly labeled on the site as the Tape 2, not the Tape 1. This version has USB and no battery, neither of which I wanted.
i*m not a DJ. i am 65 and have had a few strokes.(realy). i use this to make mp3s from my digital recordings of my music to post to my tumblr account marxsound tumblr. it is so easy to use even i can do it.i wish it had a level controll-kinda have to guess how much signal to send it. also the thru is rather quiet with headphones-more guessing alas. all in all tho a great way to make post-able mps-yay
