This saved me $$$. I used a nail file instead of a knife to remove the broken collar. So far, I have not needed to add glue to the collar. I highly recommend this!

Following the directions to cut the existing plastic tip (which for me was partially cracked from dropping the stylus) and then inserting the writing tip and covering with this product, the ReMarkable tablet would not pick up the stylus at all. This was a waste of money and time as I had to buy a new expensive stylus.

This was a waste of money and time as I had to buy a new expensive stylus.
Saved €100 for a new Marker Plus with one small piece of plastic, super happy! The parts were shipped super quickly and work perfectly – IF you follow the excellent instructions properly, which I (and at least one other 1* reviewer) failed to do. \n\nSo – don't copy us and cut the entire nib off, as this will break your marker completely + permanently (as far as I know). Luckily (or unluckily) I had broken TWO markers, and was able to repair the second properly after realising my mistake. \n\n So – read the instructions first, make sure to only cut what it tells you to cut and it will be as good as new!
My order came with 2 pieces, which was great until I lost the first one. The second still fits, I just wish there were a way to make sure it doesn't fall off.
The remarkable pen works with elegant precision. The eraser function is a huge plus. I know because I broke the eraser on my original and it was not as seamless and natural having to toggle between writing and erasing. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is the wear and tear on the tips. They do give you extra so that helps. Just need to change frequently if you want to maintain accuracy when writing.
Good Points: Everything is great apart from the price.Improvement Points: Would be nice if they did colour.
The pen feels great in your hand and the erase feature is perfect. When you add the fact that it magnetically attaches to your remarkable 2 and you have the perfect way to write.
5 stars for the Marker Plus in build quality, feel, performance.Taking 2 stars off for the ridiculous high price - but if you want the best pen option for reMarkable, this is it.
