I won this curling tong from beautyheaven's 12 Days Countdown Giveaway.Prior to using this I watched a few videos on how to use a curling tong this size and it seemed quite easy but for some unknown reason it just doesn't work.I don't find the clamp holds my hair in the curler it just kept sliding out. I've been using curling tongs now for over 25 years and have mostly stuck with Remington but this one would have to be the worst I've purchased. It did not leave one curl, the tong doesn't hold the hair at all, you have to hold it with your fingers and the temperature notch is in a terrible spot as every time you curl your hair your hand knocks the temperature . Did someone not test this product before it went on the shelf. Waste of $50
Absolutely useless. The clamp doesnt hold the hair so when you go to turn the wand it all just falls out and you cant curl it. Worst curler I've ever used.
