This is a great product. Ergonomically it is comfortable to hold when using. The nozzle section is not so long that you have to have your arm really extended to use, making it comfortable to reach behind your head for drying. The black section of the handle has a matt surface, which makes it pleasant to hold. The control buttons are convient to use without accidentally slipping to a different setting while in use. As hairdryers go, this one is relatively quiet and the pitch of the sound is somewhat lower than my old dryer. (Easier on the ear!) I purchased this hair dryer when my existing Remington hair dryer died after many years. I wanted a great diffuser and great air flow/speed though unfortunately this unit didn’t deliver on either. The diffuser is almost half the size of my old unit and doesn’t blow anywhere near as well. The heat settings are ridiculously hot and I can only use the lowest setting. Between the low air flow and the small diffuser, it now takes me a lot longer to dry my long curly hair.

Possibly the best blowdryer I've ever owned. Very happy. Turbo is great, there's plenty of power without it though. The ioniser doesn't get enough mention - it's great for taming frizz & flyaways. Great value with all the accessories you need.

Great hairdryer with a powerful motor, this is my second one, as i bought one a few months ago & my daughter kept using it instead of the one she bought for herself LOL. I have thick, long hair & love the fact that this hairdryer keeps going without oveheating, & it comes with two useful nozzles, plus there's lots of different heat & speed settings to help avoid damaging your hair. It also comes with a cute styling brush. It is a bit noisy when used at the highest speed setting, but not too bad if used at low speed. I think it does a great job for the price & would highly recommend.
Bought this to replace a very old semi-faulty hair dryer we had had for years. What an upgrade! It’s like one from a salon, works really well, no back that falls off. Was on sale so really cost effective! Also came with a diffuser attachment which looks interesting though I haven’t had a chance to try it yet.
I’ve literally only used 2 hairdryers in my life, the first being a really old one from my grandma. So this one is a clear upgrade and it works well. I like the speed and heat settings. It dries hair quick, about like 3min and you’re 90% dry (I have shoulder length, straight hair). It’s also light to hold, my arms don’t get tired keeping it at a distance from my hair.
I brought this nearly 7 days day ago. The positives are that it drys your hair less frizzy. I can’t really compare the amount of frizz because I already used a ‘salon professional like hairdryer’ this hairdryer feels like a salon professional hairdryer. The hairdryer was easy to operate I really liked the turbo function button something my babyliss 3q hairdryer didn’t have (however the heating element in the babyliss gave up after 2 years). The hairdryer feels well built. The attachments are hard to put on and off. It requires a lot of force. A lot of reviewers mentioned the filter on the dryer is really hard to take off. There isn’t anything wrong with this product it’s really safe to use!
Product nozzle melted into my hair and burned off my hair, and melted my brush. This was on the 3rd use of the product, and within 2 minutes of having the product on.I think it is a one off fault with this product but was very disappointing to say the least! I have had Remington products previously and have been happy. I got a full refund for the product and the staff at Myer were very sorry that I had this negative experience and did all the could to remedy the situation.
Attachment CONSTANTLY falls off the hair dryer as soon as it heats up. Switches on the hair dryer are do hard to switch between the differet options So stiff and buttons get stuck. This is not only the worst hair dryer I've ever used I hands down label it the WORST ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE I've ever used. Constant frustration whilst doing your hair. Its either too hot...melt your skin off hot or too cold there's no inbetween. Its.just rubbish. Worst applicance I've ever purchased ajd I nornally LOVE Remington. I even use their straighteners over the GHD prodcuts. Don't even know why I'm bothering to review it as its not like anyone there will give a hoot. I was really sceptical buying this vs another and whole heartily say I wish I went with the latter. It’s big and bulky - you wouldn’t want to take it travelling with you. I have naturally curly hair and the diffuser and hair brush are pathetic. It’s also really loud on the highest setting - you’re trying to scrunch your hair and it’s howling in your ear. It also short circuited my bathrooom when I was using it on the highest setting! Multiple times! This hasn’t happened with any other dryer! It does have a lot of selections which is good, hot and cold function etc. And I suppose it does actually dry my hair which is... it’s purpose. But I don’t enjoy using it. Would not recommend.
