This shaver is extremely easy to use and maintain. If you shave, this is an amazing product to keep your bathroom clean. The trimmed beard is mostly stored within the shaver which is very easy to open and clean. If you have any experience using a trimmer or shaver, you can easily navigate this product.

First time using a foil shaver in over 30 years and quite impressed. When dry shaving it is on par with a rotary (eg Philishave) in closeness of shave, which is not a bad thing just not better. Certainly not as close as blade though. Like all electric shavers, can have issues with the nooks and crannies the face has. It handled 3 day growth in dry mode quite easily The advantage of this shaver is the ability to wet shave as well. While not as a close a blade, its pretty good and close enough for me most of the time. Less blades to dispose of, and I found that less gel is needed than using a blade so that lasts longer. A great little shaver - It is very comfortable to hold, aided by the rubberised sides. I have used disposable razors for years due to the close shave but was plesantly surprised with this unit. It's only marginally behind a disposable razor but is offset by the convenience of picking it up and using it instantly and not messing with gels.

very nice shaver! For my purposes I use it for trimming and cleaning up the sides and jaw line and it does very well to cut close to the skin. The attachment cover then let's me trim the sides to 2mm as I like them. Cleaning is very easy with the removable head and all you have to do is rinse under water and let air dry with long term maintenance requiring the lubricating spray purchased separately. Shaves well and close to the skin so I would recommend this product especially for the price range!
Really don't feel much for this one. It was nothing new. Nothing special. The indestructible branding looks like there's a target market for tradies that need a yellow product to remind them of high vis... Trimmer of the product felt flimsy. I had to look to see if it was actually working. Downward strokes didn't work. Upward strokes with the Trimmer worked. Felt like dropping it to test how "indestructible" it is.
Firstly, the charge time was super quick before the first use, just under 2 hours. The shaver feels tough and sturdy, yet not too heavy or bulky. However, it is not the most visually appealing, the predominantly yellow and black plastic is reminiscent of a torch. That said it is a decent shaver, I tried it on short stubble and it got nice and close for a smooth finish with just one pass over my skin. Tricky areas around the chin and under the nose did need a few passes. There was little noise and vibration which made for a comfortable shave, however I did find that within 15 minutes of shaving my skin was left irritated and itchy. This could be due to my slightly sensitive skin.
I tried using this a variety of ways as Instructed by the manuals, first dry shaving 15 Minutes after waking up, I found it pulled my skin and didn’t cut very close. The next day I used it with shave soap on my face to try and stop the pulling, it was the smoother but still took a few goes over my face to shave closely. The 3rd day I dry shaved again but kept rinsing the razor under warm water just as I would my when I wet shaved with the blade, this I found the most comfortable but it still takes a long time to shave closely, I have been shaving for over a week now using the 3rd method and although it’s ok I don’t get as close a shave as I like.
As someone that travels a fair bit, I need to have a rugged shaver in my kit. I’ve had many a tri-head shaver where the head has broken whilst in my luggage. This does not suffer that problem. Add the fact it’s wireless and waterproof, it’s a fantastic little unit. After 2-3 shaves I got used to how it handles differently from a razor or other electric shavers I’ve had. Definitely recommended!!!
From the moment I held the shaver it felt solid. Good quality and construction. The closeness of the shave was good. I needed to go over the same area a few extra times than I expected however I was happy with the end result. It is easy to clean and it charges very quickly. I recommend this electric shaver to someone that wants a good result without breaking the bank.
I'm not a fan of electric shavers, but I gave this a go. I like the shape & feel of the Virtually Indestructible Remington. It does feel very sturdy & solid. I tried it with both a dry shave & shaving cream (wet). Dry shave - gave a good clean shave, no pulling of the longer hairs, seems to cut nicely & operates smoothly, but it does not catch much of the shaved hair, so best to do this over the sink or in the shower. Wet Shave - a little more challenging & for me it seems to pull the longer hairs a little. It was also a bit more challenging to make sure you haven't missed any areas as you will only see this once you wash the shaving cream off. You also need to keep rinsing the head to avoid clogging.
