I typically purchase through Amazon. I decided to purchase directly through the manufacturer. I needed to return it because it does not fit any of my chairs. In order to return it I have to pay for shipping and 15% of the original price as a restocking fee!!!!!!!! It is NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!! I would highly recommend not to use this company!!!!!!!!

liked the adjustable feature. Disliked the need to set up every time used. Would like to see an option to purchase a separate small chair that the pad would fit so it could be set up on a regular basis
This unit would have gotton 5 stars except for a strange problem it possesses. I placed it on a very expensive recliner. When in place I am careful to keep the recliner in a straight up position. Even though the chair is in a perfect L configuration, there is no way the neck massage portion of the massage unit ca get close to the back of my neck unles I do a painful push backwards against the unit. That position is impossible to hold for long. I would say that this experience requires me to caution all that only a kitchen or dining room chair can be sucessfully used,any chair with a hard and firm 'L' shape and no stuffing on any kind.
I bought this product because I suffer from scoliosis and lower back can start hurting sooo much but This product is amazing! It gives you a strong but relaxing massage. It’s worth the money! 10/10 would recommend.

This is an excellent back massage. Discovered I have a vertebrae out of place when I first used it. Got that fixed and now am enjoying the relaxation it brings to my body.
We got a fantastic price on boxing day. We are enjoying it so far, but really, just getting used to how to use it and the different settings. No problems so far though.
Love it! I wanted a massager that included the neck because I carry a lot of tension in my neck. It surpassed my expectations. Love the vibration in the seat area, and the level of intensity for the back massage. This felt better than the chair massage at the nail salon.
