This is a replacement for my previous PHYSION, which sadly lasted less than a year. I had struggled with it for a while, but a new one is just brilliant. I have high hopes that this one will be perfect and serve me well for a long time. Typically I would use it at least 4 times in the course of a night. Helps the aches and pains which lets me sleep again.I was surprised that this latest PHYSION had no information/invoice with it at all, only the instruction booklet. I think there should have been a reference/ order number and acknowledgement of the company providing the item.

The massager is exactly as described. Looks good and feels heavy duty and well made. The package arrived quite quickly and comes in a zip case so everything including attachments are kept in one place. The unit came with an AC adaptor with the correct plug so that was perfect. Works well and controls are easy to use. Recommended buy.

Excellent product especially for the value. Most massage gun aren’t able to handle any pressure this one is brilliant at all settings.Really good size ideal for a range of situations. The difference between minimum and maximum values is tangible. Many different attachments. The product is excellent in the ratio of the price of the swing. I recommend for purchase.

After contacting both Amazon and Renpho, I was disappointed to find out that Renpho did not care about their faulty product and Amazon was the only one willing to offer coverage for shipping expenses.Despite my efforts to find the cheapest shipping option, I was only reimbursed for $46, even though my actual shipping expenses were $94. Gives great relief to sore back muscles

Love the power of this massager. We like the variety of massage heads, the weight of the gun, the carrying case. The only downside is that for massaging the back, it is necessary to have a partner. The style of the gun makes it impossible to self-massage your low back. But the relief you get is worth it!

Lightweight and compact - perfect!

Bought this on a lightning deal and was so excited to get it! Is small and lightweight compared to other models I’ve used/ tried which makes it easy to use. So nice to have multiple attachments for different uses. Highly recommend so much so that my Mom and sisters all purchased one as well!

Solid product

I like the feel of the product. Feels solid and works very well. The only issue I had was when I was using it for the first time, I snapped the 4 screws that held on the handle from pushing attachment onto the machine. I had no issue sending it back and getting a replacement.

Wish I had one sooner

First massage gun I’ve owned and it’s been great. The ball attachment has worked out the crock in my neck from sleeping wrong in 5 minutes, no more waiting it out. Even with sore muscles from the gym, the big flat attachment helps give them some love and blood flow. Fairly easy to use yourself for most of the body.
