Easy set up. Live views are clear and sharp.Unfortunately, all video captures are corrupted after a few seconds (or no seconds in the case of ftp) so it's pretty much useless for that.I contacted support multiple times but have yet to receive any response so I must return the doorbell.

Reolink disappointed me with this crap that they sent me after I was waiting 3 months to receive this crap that cannot be seen and the images are frizzy, very unfortunate I do not recommend this Doorbell since it is crap and does not use a battery, later if you want to return it Well, Reolink does not send you the return shipping label and you have to pay more than $25. Honestly, I did not imagine this from this company and it is a scam selling doorbells that do not work as they honestly explain. If you risk buying this crap, you will lose money as I, that's why you better think of a good doorbell and with a battery that has a good resolution but Reolink doorbell is a scam, it seems like the ones that sell fake doorbell on Alibaba

I have been using a eufy doorbell for years. I have also been a reolink cam user for a year. When i heard of this i jumped on it and never regretted it. A 2k image with wide angle viewing is great. And it has most all the features you would expect on a video doorbell. To say i am satisfied is an understatement.
