chose daylight lamps for my kitchen. Nice, bright and instant. Was always needing to replace the old fluorescent tubes that were using electronic starters. Had to remove the electronic ballast and wire directly to lamp. Hope they last as long as they say.

I bought this light fitting on line thinking it was worth paying extra for an LED - lower power use and brighter light. It worked when I first installed it but stopped working after a day or so. I looked for the box and l found it in the recycling and when I reopened it and pulled out the plastic a little note fell out. I had not seen it before but it warned of non-compatibility with certain fittings. I didn't remember seeing this on the website when I purchased the tube.Bunnings were good and refunded the purchase however it would be much better to include this information on the website and prominently on the outside of the box rather than on a slip of paper inside the box that didn't come out with the tube.

So far (1 week) very happy with the Philips Circular G10q 20 watt LED tube that replaced a Fluro. Brighter, easy to install & cheper to run. Should last longer. We’ll see

Arrived very promptly and packed appropriately. The light itself really gives off so much brightness compared to the old bulb we had bought this one to replace!
This is a great product that is easy to install. It is much brighter than the fluorescent tube it replaced. The light now comes on instantly.
I purchased this as one of my outside lights was out, but mainly because I’m changing all of my lights over to LED. They look great, instant on/off and easy to install - be sure to read the back of the packaging to see if you need to replace the ‘starter’ or not. See below for comparison
Responsive service and delivery. Tube arrived in good order and it was simple to replace old Fluorescent tube. It has a brighter and more colour accurate light which I find very useful as it's in my kitchen

20W LED Circular Tube is far superior to 32W Fluoro Tube. Much brighter and cleaner light, instant start-up, easy to install plus the 12W energy saving.
Bought to replace 32W circular fluoro globes in two fittings. I wanted to move on to LED and these claimed to be suitable to replace the fluorescent globes without having to install new fittings. Unfortunately, these globes shorted both the installed ballasts that had G10q fittings, so now will have to replace both light fittings.
