ResMed Airfit N30 headgear and nasal cushions are new for me. I'd been using a nasal mask and headgear by Fisher and Paykill by ESOn, and started to have some issues with it. A respiratory therapist suggested the ResMed Airt N30 and my sleep doctor also liked the idea. I started with the small wide cushions and they were too big for me. I am now using the medium nasal cushions after an in person eval by a respiratory therapist. He told me I am between a small and a medium. So it's been working pretty well for me so far. I will also try the small to make sure the Medium is the best of the fits but so far so good. The headgear and nasal cushion are far less onerous and cumbersome than I'm used to and that's a great thing. The nasal disposable filters are different than the ones I was using for my old Airsense 10 machine, but having just gotten the new Airsense 11 after repeatedly asking my sleep doc for a new machine (my airsense 10 broke and was no longer usable a weekago last friday) and I am really pleased with the east of use of the filters and have already order more to hold me until I get my regular order in June.

I am completely in love with this new CPAP machine. I had quite an old one that was needed to be replaced. The first few nights my husband didn’t sleep well because the room was TOO quiet! This machine makes NO noise. I can feel the pressure in the hose but the first couple of nights I found myself checking the machine to see if I actually had it turned on. It is that quiet. I can’t even hear the air feed in the hose. The set up was seamless and took only minutes. I also purchased the heated hose (it comes with regular one). The touch screen is very user friendly and the other plus is it is so much smaller than the dinosaur I had. I’ve been using it for about a week now and just couldn’t be more pleased!!!
