Reuzel Shave Cream 95,8 Gr

From my experience with other shaving cream like the Proraso, normally when leaving the cream lather on the face for a while the white foam does nothing except becoming drier, but this Reuzel shave cream will either dry faster and/or become invisible when enough water is mix in, might be I am not using enough cream but hey, this cream is made for speedy shave so I understand why it is like that. It is just as slick to the feel as other creams that I used and let razor glide as smoothly too, also leaves my skin to be soft and supple almost similar to how the Proraso Red does. Can/new barber alert

The can was way bigger then I anticipated and was so happy for it! Bought it for work! And its awesome! They have a great short shave video on their you tube you can see them using it! And you take what you need out! So there is no cross contamination,!

Disappointed

I use a traditional badger brush when I shave so being this cream said it could be used with a brush, I was excited. I found that when used with a brush it does not foam and seems to dissipate such that I don’t get a smooth shave at all. I then used it just with my fingers in my beard and still to get a good smooth surface, you need to use way too much of this product. I’ve almost thought about just throwing it away but maybe I’ll use it when I travel.

High quality!

I love this shaving cream! I have tried several different types and brands of shaving creams but this one surpasses them all. Most shaving creams leave your face dry after just one pass of the razor, but Reuzel's stays a slick even after two or three passes. This shaving cream leaves your face with a nice conditioned feel even after you rinse and or apply aftershave. I also noticed that I was able to get a cleaner closer shave, which leaves my face feeling even better. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for a high quality shave cream, that makes your face feel awesome.

Like coming out of the barbershop

Like the scent because it does feel like coming out of the barbershop, it has that typical scent. Easy to apply, I use my finger to quick apply to shave my beard line. I’ve been using it for about 2 years everyday and never had any rash or negative reaction. In my case which is shaving the upper line of my beard only this tin will last almost a full year.

Quality Product - Outstanding Scent

This is best quality product I have ever used to single blade shave with and against the grain for baby soft smoothness. The scent is very pleasing to the senses as shaving should be enjoyed and not rushed. I use any remainder leftover when I reverse spoon it from the tin to apply it back to my shaved face. It has made a wonderful difference to my skin when complemented with the two (2) aftershave products available.

Excellent slickness although you cannot lather with a shaving brush. It is meant to spread with your hands. This doesnt take away from the shaving enjoyment as the barbershop scent modern musk sandlewood perhaps is readily there the skin feel it leaves behind is excellent. You do have to rinse your razor often as it will gather in the razorhead given its consistency. I recommend pairing it with a Reuzel aftershave splash for the whole barbershop experience. I was very pleased to find Overstock offering grooming supplies of this calibre that are usually hard to find without sourcing it from a barber supply house. The price was just right too Nice job OS

Reuzel Shave Cream A+

This is a thick shave cream! A little goes along way. Smells great, Feels Great and it Lubricates. After a shave with a sharp razor your skin feels fantastic! Highly recommend. Also should add that the Reuzel Aftershave in Woods & Spice really does wonders for my skin.

To Reuzel or not to Reuzel.

I like the scent and the texture. Compared to the many shaving creams that I have, Reuzel does not, using an equal amount, make an abundant lather. So I was disappointed and will not purchase again. Usually an almond size of cream makes a great lather and very quickly. With Reuzel I had to use more than double that amount. That said, it did, like my other creams, give me a good clean and comfortable shave. In short, I want it to be just a little better than it is. The price is excellent.
