This vitamin C is very gentle, it doesn't burn or sting. It is also very hydrating. I've purchased this a couple times already and really notice a difference when I use this on my skin. It uses Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate which seems to be more stable (aka the product works until the end) and equally effective as the more popular L-ascorbic acid products. It causes less sensitivity for me and I really appreciate that. I've been pretty happy overall with Revision products and this one is a win in my book.

It has helped brighten my skin. My skin doesn’t look dull when I wake up anymore. I haven’t experienced any irritation and I like that it doesn’t have a strong smell. I’ll be recommending to my patients with skin tone issues. I do wish it was easier to apply, hence 4 stars.The free trial size hydrating serum had nothing in the container. I was really disappointed because I would’ve bought it if I liked the sample.

I got this because i already use a glycolic acid cleanser 2x a day and in the past putting l ascorbic acid serums on would make my skin a bit too dry and could sting a bit sometimes. Enter this creamy formula that isnt as acidic and is moisturizing! I do believe I see some antiaging benefits besides just brightening as well. I can get fine expression lines around my mouth. I swear this has helped fill those in and has made my face appear a bit more plumped overall. The cream goes on really smooth and easily absorbs.
