I have timed it and I only get 1.5 minutes and it shuts off. I am unable to use it again until it resets or it keeps shutting off.I did add new batteries which I will add more and give it another try.Disappointing !

It's super easy to use. Easy to hold and great that it can be used in the shower or under steam. The cleansing brush is gentle yet effective and the timer on the led is so helpfull. The only thing I would give it 1 more star if the massage attachment is too hard. Maybe just me?
Started using this a few months ago and my skin feels great. I like the scrubbing head; it makes my face feel and look amazing.
I could not believe this was FSA eligible! I got the one with the red LED and blue lights. The red is for antiaging and the blue is for acne. There are 2 different brushes- one for cleansing and the other for applying your serums. Let me tell you I use this to massage in my HA serum and my skin is glowing!!!! Also this is so relaxing! I have fallen asleep a few times with this device in my hand! Highly recommend!

I bought one of these last year and it stopped working about two months after receipt. No irregular usage just daily facial cleansing at the end of the day. By the time I got around to trying to send back or troubleshoot, I was outside of the 6 month warranty so I had to purchase another one. I liked it as long as it was working.
Helps minimize breakouts better than any cream I have tried. Used to have painful inflamed breakouts that would linger for weeks, now they disappear in a couple of days. It covers a decent sized area but sometimes it's hard to position it right without the light glaring in your eyes.
