I bought this a week ago thinking it was a respected name so should be good- it is the worst shredder I've ever had, clogs up easily and doesn't take any more than one or two sheets of paper. Perhaps that's why it was half price. Off to buy another one now from elsewhere.
This shredder is useless. James with one page. Very difficult to clean. Took an hour to shred 5 single sheets of standard paper.Pay more and buy one that works
I had taken this out of the box, put a few pieces of paper through, by the 5th it had jammed. I have spent all afternoon with a pair of scissors trying to get the little ribbons of paper out of the blades and the feeder. Would not recommend this at all
I DO NOT normally write reviews - ever. But on this occasion I make an exception. This shredder is a complete waste of money. You will spend more time clearing paper that is stuck than you will shred. The basket holds about 3 x A4 shredded pieces of paper and then jams.I would definitely NOT recommend this product.
Good Points: There wasnt any favourite part.Improvement Points: All of it the machine was faulty and kept sending paper to side and chewing it up and gwtting stuck i cutters. Had to return it to shop for refund. Machine was total rubbish.No photo of product
Used twice for about 6 single sheets. Spend half an hour declogging after about 2 sheets. Very difficult to clear blockage. Bin takes about 5 shredded sheets only. Now cut out on forward pass had to do it from bottom in reverse. Completely useless. I'd be quicker using scissors
Shred 3 sheets of plain A4 before it jammed. Am now going to return with the shredded paper in the container to show excatly how much paper I had shredded before it jammed. This is the 3rd Rexel I have purchased. absolutely rubbish
