Rhinowares Stainless Steel Coffee Knock Box

It's OK in the quality of the material. The problem is that my part's silicone upper cover fit exactly on the steel body. A minor nuisance, maybe a defected part. I didn't return it but it cut 1 star.

Item is quite robust, for something that is designed to be bashed. Only issue, rubber on top should be of greater thickness, especially where hand piece is knocked.

The knock box is a wonderful addition to our coffee station. Its beautiful and functional. We were a little worried about delivery; the knock box came from Israel and came to Alaska. It did take some time to arrive, but it got here in excellent condition.

Does the job

Does what it's meant to do. It's quite large so better for somebody making many coffees per day. My only complaint is that the rubber surround on top pf the box doesn't fit very well.

Fantastic and worth every cent

This fit our needs exactly. Nice and compact, solid construction and looks great. The rubber base is also solid and allows the knock box to stay put on the bench. Highly recommended.

Great but…

I’ve been using this knock box for a while now on a daily basis at a home setting. I’m a barista so it does get used accordingly. Only issue I have is after cleaning the top rubber seal never sits right and does need re-adjusting between uses. Great for home

Great size

Good size, easy to clean and sturdy for my needs. My only criticism would be the rubber strip at the top is a pain to keep on. It falls off when cleaning, would be better if it was molded on or if the lip to was folded over.

Just the job

Needed a countertop knock box for our small cafe. This is sturdy, just the right capacity and the rubber base ring keeps it in place and quietens the thumps! The top rubber edge protector comes off too easily and is fiddly to remove and replace when cleaning. Doing a good job for us though.

Just what I needed

Perfect size and functions well. Looks great and the knock bar is the right softness for my precision basket.Holds enough pucks so that I'm not constantly emptying. Be aware it does take up a bit of room.

I've never owned a knock box before, so I'll have to compare it to the commercial ones that I've used before. The item is bigger than expected, better for knocking about spent coffee with no coordination. the quality is above average, although it can feel a little hollow, but it is a solid piece, however the rubber lining on both ends comes off easily in the wash. I don't mind this happening to the base rubber piece, but it is very frustrating to try and put back the top lining in low light, try not to do this in a hurry as you'll need time to fiddle with the non-cooperating rubber grooves. Overall, it does the job and worth the asking price.
