Great addition to the ring door bell. When someone pushes the ring door bell it’s good to be able to hear this inside. I was missing the phone notifications often due to not being near my phone or a slight delay. Good add onto to this device and reasonably easy to set up.

I love that you can now change the ringtone and adjust the volume BUT it’s extremely annoying and inconvenient that it’s much wider than the original one. We can’t use it where we previously had it as it doesn’t fit next to another plug in a double socket!

We bought this as we didn't always have our Ring App on i n the same room while we were at home. We can finally hear all the notifications at home wherever we are. We love the Xmas chimes, but the other chimes sound a bit like the old NOKIA ring tones. Also the standard bell doesn't ring for very long. We can't seem to find a way to increase the ring time. The night light has come in handy too.. i don't need to find the light switch when the door bell rings anymore.
This allows you to place one or more ringers throughout the house, so that the Video Ring Doorbell sounds on these Chime Pro's. Love the barking dogs sound! And there are heaps of sounds you can choose. It also extends WiFi coverage throughout the house by enhancing WiFi signal. Install this Chime first and get it operational and then install the Video Ring Doorbell and they talk to one another and set-up is a breeze
No help from Ring company and tried 100 times to connect to my home wifi network with all possible options and changes but this chime never connected to my home wifi network. Piece of Garbage.
Easy to install and simple automatic set up! With a nifty night light that works via solar, your area is always lit, with no hassle. A variety of chimes to suit your household and available snooze options for when you dont want to be disturbed during busy times. My Ring doorbell camera was having difficulty staying connected to Wifi but since installing this chime pro, i have had no problems. I highly rate the chime pro :)
The ring setup process is very painful and time consuming which includes indoor chime. I mean picking up the home Wi-Fi or the ring network. I spent hours in setup. I had to call the ring Helpdesk even then I had to be transferred to the next level support and eventually setup was completed. So be aware the setup issues
Ineeded a stronger wifi signal for my Ring camera and doorbell outside the house. This device did the job. It can connect to Ring devices only, cant be used as a general wifi extender. Setup was easy.
This is an add-on for any of the Ring Video Doorbell Models. You really need this, if you need the Doorbell to announce any movement. Love the barking dogs chime!
