A well presented water heater, compact and easy to install. Provides lots of hot water with good pressure. Only uses gad when heating and is very economical. Can be installed on the outside eall right whete it is needed cutting down water pipe length to the outlet and subsequent water cooling .Has excellent features and very well priced. Highly recomended.

Rinnai Enviro 26 is the best. Low gas usage, perfect hot water in bathrooms and kitchen and simultaneous. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient product. Rinnai's call centre service and Appliances Onlines services combined with a very good price on the product - 30% cheaper than the closest rival made this the best buy I've made in a while!

It took 3 weeks to arrive, excellent communication when on its way. False advertising with saying it is 7 star rating. HWS arrived stating it is only 6 star.

Sreplaced pur has storage withthis continuous unit and loving it. Don't run out of hot water and doesn't take any longer for the hot water to reach the rooms. Great being able to set the temp and have it perfect straight away weather it's having a shower, washing the dishes or bath time for the dog.
Great unit has not missed a beat since installing. Responsive unit feeds 2 bathrooms, laundry and kitchen. Hot water within 30 seconds. NO need to reset if you have power outage. Electronic ignition means no pilot light to worry about which reduces gas usage. Gives enough heat for dishes, showering and washing needs of a large home.
We brought this to replace an old tank unit in a house we brought nov 2018. This unit works fantastically unlike the old gas tank water system which seemed to always be hearing the water. Hot water for as long or short as you want at a heat only state is cost effective and reassuring to know there is alway hot water when you need it. I highly recommend this unit.
We have a 559 room heater that works great so decided to try the b16 water heater. Connected it up. Turned it on. It works great. Can't ask more than that
Had this unit installed recently for my weekender and it ticks all the boxes. Great little unit and my plumber also said he recommends Rinnai gear over other brands.
I am using this heater to boost mediocre solar heated water over wintry days and does so fantastically! Using two wired in controllers it can burn so low that it has no trouble raising a few degrees difference to the set temperature. Gas use is minimal. Using caravan 9kg bottles, no rental on them. By changing the internal dip switches I can order up to 75C in the kitchen, bathroom is limited on 50C for safety, which is ample hot enough. When the solar is hot enough and doesn't need boosting, by leaving the controllers switched off, the heater doesn't fire up. Also have bypass valves for the warmer months when the heater is not needed. Out performs my expectations! Visitors can come, endless hot water and I have winterproofed my solar water heater!
I have used instantaneous hot water systems before but this one is different in as much as usually you have a time delay as the heater has to ignite and start to heat the water but this one at first slows the delivery of the water to speedup the heating and then delivers piping hot water. A very user friendly product.
