This compact heater is great for heating a small room, like a bedroom. The temperature setting - set it to heat to specified temperature is a big improvement on my previous heaters which had a knob to set from low up to maximum, but without any actual temperature to heat to.My only complaint is with the programming. The timer function looks great - set on and off times. But it has no memory, so any time it's turned off at the wall, the time and all settings are lost. And if you even want to override the programmed times (to heat right now...) the programmed schedule is lost and has to be programmed in next time. A $5 SD memory card or similar could make this heater so much more useful.

This was a warranty replacement for a previous model of the same heater (1000w). This one is quite a lot bigger which is a bit of a nuisance and doesn’t work as well. The main issue is that we have to set it 4 to 5 degrees above whatever temperature we want. For example, if we want 20 degrees we have to set it at 24 etc. Wish they could have just fixed the old one.
Perhaps the den that I have the heater in is too large, even though I think it is quite a small room, however the heater seems to struggle to heat the room adequately and the thermostat is always on. Maybe I should have bought a higher wattage heater
Heater was good price and I was told it would heat a bedroom over time. Lady asked me to take it back as she didn't feel the heat. When I checked The heater was working but yes it's a little product and to be wall mounted so heat goes up as opposed to out towards cold person. Just FYI incase ur like my lady and if so then buy a fan assisted heater
The old saying Your get what you pay for is incredibly true. I have had other brands at lower prices, and higher prices. None of them equal Rinnai. Quality, peace of mind, 7 year warranty is standard! Have only Ever had one be faulty, in its almost third year I think, was replaced directly by The Good Guys, because 7 year warranty!!! Not wasting my money buying a cheap heater every year anymore. Rinnai for every room thanks!
Product heats fine, timer is a bit clunky. Pity you cant manually turn on and off as needed but still have timer settings active rather than having to reset every time. The legs with the wheels dont clip in properly dur to their being a screw holding the frame together where the slide over. This stops them from going on properly. I was fairly forceful but had to back offf due to concerns that plastic would break. Legs will come loose and my wife bumped it walking past and it fell over with both wheel sets coming off.
Great little heater. Surprisingly Quiet compared to my older Rinnai. Perfect for my small office space (3 x 3 mtr). Good service too - Ordered at night and eater arrived the next morning, in time for the chill. I'd give it 5 out of 5 for value for money, but I was a day off saving $20!
This is a good heater for an average sized bedroom. But the heater clicks and clanks all night which wakes up my baby. If you are using the heater in the daytime or dont mind noise, then this is a good option.
