Quite efficient tho I had to ring Finnair about the condensation outlet. The other niggle was getting the panels fitted into the window for the hot air outlet. I had to have special ones made to fit my window which was larger than the provided panels. Otherwise I have yet to try it out on a really hot night

Ive had a number of portable aircon units over the years and theyve done ok but this one is amazing! It cools down my room so quickly and even on the hottest days it works great! Its noisy but I like having white noise when I sleep so it doesnt bother me at all.

It does cool the bedroom beautifully which is why I bought it. Easy to transport by car and easy to install. I dont need to run it all night. It is noisy but I turn it on for 15 mins or so before going to bed and simply turn it off by remote. It is quite large but a small inconvenience for a good, cool nights sleep.I would give it 5/5 if it was quieter.

Bought the unit to cool a large bedroom, set-up was easy, it is quieter than expected and does a great job cooling the room. Timer and sleep functions are easy to set and wheels help move the unit. I had researched portable air-cons before buying and am overall very happy with this product.
We got the cooler while we got the Home Evaporator cooler system replaced. We are happy with cooler as it cools up the bedroom and living room pretty fast. We are using it as a portable unit so we did not stress on its outlet. Its slightly heavy so leave the lifting to the men. A bit noisy but didnt bother our good night sleep.
I am disappointed with this air con. I bought this based on the reviews and plus it Cleary states that you do not have to empty the water tray.Well the tray was full after an hour and water wenr over the carpet.i bought this for.my bedroom and after a couple of hours I could not feel the coolness.it was cool on right next to the aircon. It feels like I got lied to. The prixe is expensive for something that doesn't work the way it is claimed it does
Its loud, the fan speed barely changes with each of the three settings. Its swing is up and down only. It cools alright once it's going but not really 18degrees like its thermo reads even after hours of use. Loads and loads of plastic, cardboard and straps and film in the packaging and lowest star Energy rating. I've regrettably purchased it and now I'm stuck with it without Good Guys having a try and buy or don't like it return policy. So, buyer beware...

I have an awning style window, which effectively locks you in to permanently sticking the concertina-style gap-blockers (sold separately) into the triangular shaped openings at the sides. The unit is small and tidy. It js not very quiet, but the noise is similar to white noise, so it is easy to use during the night. It cools down a small room relatively easy. But the instructions about the condensation collection are not clear and the collection itself has to be done with the use of additional tools.
This unit is quite but powerful, the hardest thing is getting it pducted out a windows but that's the same for all. It is hard to get the recommended 500mm all around but still seems fine with less. Very happy
